I really wanted to finish the series because I love the FL. Episode 1 took me a week to finish because it did not had any interesting scenes or anything that will want you to keep watching it. I even fast forwarded some episodes until 9 but they drag that plot too long. That's why most felt like this is a 2 part drama. Some are also complaining at second half so i just dropped this off as I cant even stand the first half. Maybe this kind of drama is not for me. Still I love the acting of zhao lusi. She portrayed her character well here.

5/10. Unpopular opinion. Interesting plot but it feels repetitive. I get why some here says that couple lacks chemistry. Not because they lack "love scenes" or "couple scenes". IMO their relationship looks more like a prince-bodyguard than a couple. I've seen few dramas where FL is more intelligent or strong than ML but they do not feel this way. Maybe they just dont have that feel on screen.

I also dropped Speed and love lol It was overrated for me. Try watching How dare you(2026) . It has a unique plot imo!

I am just about halfway watching but it seems that half of the scenes are shot inside the car lol I am trying to like this because I really love one spring night and i do not want to compare but this series bores me out.

Not a fan of slow burn romance but this is one of the best of this genre. Episode 10 is fire and the last 10 episodes are so good. I love the music and they complement really well with the romantic scenes. This is worth watching.

Looks similar to extraordinary you but with terrible writing. Still I would choose to watch this more than the 36-40 episode cdrama with half of it talking about boring "business" genre.

Just stayed because i really love the fl. Skip and fast forwarded most of the scenes. First 10 episodes are like filler. They are all about the "business" genre which are the most boring episodes that I have watched. You can skip most of them and can still understand the plot. There are multiple couples that aren't interesting to watch. The conflict bet. the main couple has been stalled for long. This drama should have been 20 or 24 episodes at most.

This is painfully boring to watch. Should have been 10-12 episodes only.

Episode 7 was so funny lmao. We can all agree here that most of us hates the feminine side of ML and his thoughts. There is no plot on this drama but when Jun shouted "ikee" I just burst out laughing. Still a pretty enjoyable jdrama though.

Fell asleep watching this lmao and I'm only at episode 4.

I lost hope watching cdramas because the plot and characters are all the same. Rich cold guy, toxic parents, dumb FL, generic/boring plot, unnecessary supporting couples that only serves as filter of the story and cringe scenes that you can imagine are on most of cdramas. But Damn, I never watch any drama with 30 episodes and more but every episode here just keeps you wanting to continue watching it. It still does contain some of the scenes that is common on most cdramas but they are well written here and not over the top. Best thing here is the main characters and the chemistry of the couple, they are so good!

P.S. I hate the rat guy more than the antagonist of the drama. I'm on episode 29 and it's weird that I don't want it to end it so soon.

Looks great but not a fan of Chinese fantasy movie or series. The IMDB scores is high too and with good reviews too. Maybe I'll try to watch it.

This drama is so beautiful. It's like a jigsaw puzzle that if you missed one piece, you will not get the whole picture. It's been a long time since I've binged watch a show. Totally recommended to watch.

Another overrated cdrama in mdl. I watched this because it has a high rating and the genre is medical. The plot is more about friendship than romance and medical. The acting is okay but the characters are idiot. The main leads got together few episodes before the ending after countless episodes of flirting. It's still good but not 8.4 good.

You can't even hate the antagonist here 😭 She's that monster that this kind of family can create.

Same boring plot like most romance cdrama are. Toxic parents and the chinese fav theme: you need to get married, have a child and stable family scenerio.

This is really a complicated love story. Not used on watching dramas with too many conflicts but this is really interesting to watch. Not to mention it's a slow burn romance.
