I literally don’t even know what to say about episode 1. Just... “wow”? I’ll also throw in a “hmmm”, LOL

Title 90 Days Spoiler
Not only did this series end with the classic “bury your gays” trope, they HAD to kill the one that was actually a decent human being. It was hard to be sympathetic to Greg because he was a cheater (dating both Axel and Patrick at the same time), and he also went into the relationship with Axel knowing he only liked/loved him as a friend. Patrick was probably as bad, dating Greg but dumping him because he was HIV positive, then deciding to get back with him because he himself was HIV positive, then deciding AGAIN to dump Greg because he “just couldn’t do it anymore”. Sounds like real love to me [insert exaggerated eye roll here].

In the end, the “good guy” dies and everyone else is left to live their unhappy lives. And that letter to Greg from Axel was so sad. To see a person who didn’t love themself enough say that they would love Greg again even if he would be hurt again- that’s really sad and shows that Axel thought so little of himself as a person.

Side note: there was an usually large number of side characters (if you could call them that) whose only purpose in the show was to be chat buddies. For the life of me, I don’t remember a single one of them.

I wanted to have higher hopes for this series because HIV is still something we need to be open about and promote awareness and ending the stigmatization of it, but it literally felt like an afterthought of the show (I think it was first brought up in episode 8 out of a 10 episode series).

Anyway, I still wish good luck to the actors and the production team for their future endeavors.

Tagalog has gender neutral pronouns so it was supposed to be translated in an ambiguous manner. Since English…
I know you were joking. Sorry, I replied to your comment because you brought it up, but my commented reply is directed generally at anyone interested or who may not know :)

GMMTV finally posted this series on YouTube!!!!!!! Hopefully, HCTM will finally get the recognition that it deserves!
Damn! You beat me to it! I was coming here to say this, LOL. One of the best series of GMMTV, hands down.

I keep saying this- the chemistry between Jeff and Gameplay (yes, I mean the actors) is electric. And it comes…
P.S. That little snapshot for next week’s episode of Win and Tops on the sofa with the baby and Tops’ head on Win’s shoulder- okay, that was perfect domestic bliss in one shot. I smiled so hard at how cute that was <3

And Jeff can’t just sing- he can SANG!

I believe Merriam Webster updated their dictionary in recent years to include the singular usage of they/them. I believe that stems more from gender neutral people using it, but I’m sure it will become applicable to situations such as this. Besides, people were speaking grammatically incorrect in this manner long before being gender neutral was commonly known.

Title Ben X Jim Spoiler
People mentioned that the confession seemed half-hearted or off for a confession scene but I think it made sense…
Couldn’t have said it better myself. Jim’s reaction to Olan’s proposal to court Ben was expected, but that genuine pain Jim had in his eyes when he told Ben he loved him and that he would try even if he wasn’t sure was the realistic part. He’s totally unsure of his attraction (sexuality), but he KNOWS he loves Ben and can’t help it. So he has to go with it because it’s more painful to see Ben with someone else. It’s almost torture because it’s love so real, but people forget that love doesn’t actually conquer all. There’s still having to deal with societal acceptance, and more than that- self-acceptance.

The tension was so real in this episode. I felt like I was holding my breath for so many parts. The funny thing to me was Flo seemed to instigate a lot, but then freaked out whenever the conversation veered into uncomfortable territory. I was like, “You did this, and now you wanna look like your eyes will pop out of your head?!” Seriously though, I had to “uncomfortable-laugh” every time I saw Flo with her eyes bulging and laughing nervously. And poor Yana... so clueless. Her interaction with Olan at the end of the episode was cute though... ghost ship? OMG what am I even saying?!

Title Craving You Spoiler
Okay, I’ve reached the end. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great, either. But I don’t regret watching it.…
I wish the show focused more on Kane and Kent more. After the halfway point or so, the show was very heavily focusing on Soda and Noah (wow, such a sweetheart and a cutie with those dimples). I wanted to see more development between Kane and Kent because they had decent chemistry. I know some said they didn’t see it, but I felt it. And after watching them together at the end of the finale, I think they should have definitely focused on them more because they were sweet together.

Okay, I’ve reached the end. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great, either. But I don’t regret watching it. The characters were fleshed out as much as could be expected in 10 episodes of 10-15 minutes runtime each. The side characters were cute and interesting. A fuller length series would have allowed them to shine a little bit more. Louis and especially Cora were very entertaining.

My only regret is...

Why do I continue to watch shows that destroy my emotions and make me want to wander into traffic? I can’t handle what this show is doing to my heart, my mind, my soul...

Literally, this is the best show (not just Thai) I’ve ever watched. Episodes 1-4 didn’t disappoint even an iota. I don’t know what the hell I’m going to do with myself after next week’s finale.

Yes I agree with you. Love Solo & Gui they remind me of the couple in the novel. People might think they are stiff…
Yeah, I find the whole doctor/fujoshi storyline off-putting. While I didn’t read the novel (so I don’t know which characters are in it or not), it’s just messed up because Dr. Perth’s emotions have already been played with, and I can see Khem getting hurt because it appears he likes Dr. Petch.

Title Friend Forever Spoiler
After watching episode 8, all I can say is... grow the hell up, It! I know he’s a teenager, but good god, he’s acting like a two year old terrorist. The only explanation I can think of for his behavior is that deep down, he has feelings for Tin. When he got that love confession letter, he probably hoped it was from Tin, but when no one took responsibility for writing the letter, he went haywire because that left his feelings up in the air. And then on top of that, seeing Tin cozying up to the music band (and new kid Sea especially), his jealousy just bubbled over. His bad behavior acting out is purely a result of him not knowing how to handle all his conflicting emotions. And after this episode, I’m like 99% sure that Voice is the one who wrote that love confession letter to It because when he was saying to it (indirectly, after It walked off) that if he cared about how he felt/his feelings, etc., it just reeked of a lovelorn friend longing for more.

Next! Tin and Sea continue to be sweet with each other, although not as much as last episode because Namtarn was hanging all over the music boys. She’s a cute character, but I always get annoyed when there’s hurt feelings or misplaced jealousy because someone (Tin) thinks more is going on with their crush (Sea) and his bestie. But I’m glad Sea stepped up (and his band) to back up Tin. He looked so down this episode, I really felt for him.

Now... TanOil’s storyline has really lost traction after the appearance of Tan’s dad. I’m not saying that the storyline is unnecessary, but it feels like it’s gone on at least one episode too many. And now with Kao coming around to stir things up, that’s going to be another barrier between the boys. What is his problem? Is he jealous because his dad wants to get to know his other son? I think he wants to make Tan and Oil as uncomfortable as possible because he can see they like each other and he’s harboring resentment towards Tan. Another wrench in TanOil’s story is the boys who all seem to have a crush on Oil. First it was Khunpon, and now it’s Khun (seriously, couldn’t they have given them different sounding names, LOL). Khun seems pretty sweet, but why was Oil last episode acting like a lovesick schoolgirl after him but running away this episode? Telling his friends he has a secret crush but then denying its Tan? Oh lord!

I hope episode 9 gets everyone back on track because I enjoy the chemistry between TanOil and especially SeaTin when they’re allowed to have their special moments. And I’m ready for ItVoice to happen because It really needs a boo so he can calm the hell down!

Rant over! But I’m still enjoying the show. Now the forever wait till the next episode :)

Show started off great! Both couples were equally interesting and I was excited to see where it was going. Tan…
Yeah, the dad plot line is really irritating because it’s taking time away from the time for TanOil to develop. And now with Kao around, it’s even more irritating because it’s beyond obvious that he wants to stir sh*t up. All those innuendos he keeps making are obviously to make Tan and Oil feel uncomfortable.

What the hell , I ship Tin and It
o¿O

lol, you may be the first one to do so! I could have shipped them too, if It wasn’t acting like such a tool. If he really does have some feelings for Tim deep down, he wouldn’t be able to live with himself treating Tin the way he has been. But then again... teenagers :^|

This show was nothing but over the top foolishness with good looking actors. It was a decent enough distraction to watch all three episodes my Sunday evening.

Honestly, the only reason I watched is because I absolutely adore Best. He is a good actor, and he is also strangely cute and absolutely sexy at the same time?! I’d watch him in literally anything (as this show will tell LOL).

And the doctor James, wow. What a sweet and handsome thing he is.

The show didn’t really have any substance (since it’s basically just one big, long ad), but if you’re looking to waste an hour and a half, you could do worse.

Title The Gifted Graduation Spoiler
My head is all a mess now with episode 10. Holy crap, I can barely make heads or tails of who is good, who is bad, who is simply under the Director Supot’s control, etc.

And when the hell are we going to finally understand what Grace’s potential is? You know it’s going to be amaze-balls, but DAMN, the suspense is killing me.

Side note: I feel like most of the kids have been sidelined for the last 2 or so episodes, and the rest even more. I know that Mon and Jack/Joe don’t have a bunch of storyplay, but I kind of wish they were involved more somehow. Looks like the baby gifteds will have some screen time next week, at least. At least their introduction into the series isn’t a loss because of virus being used on them storyline.

UNRELATED: Tay looked so gorgeously evil here! I love everything about him and his acting skills. When he was entering the place they were keeping his friend “Supot”/real Yuth, I knew it was him right away because I’d know that Adam’s Apple anywhere :) love, love, LOVE him!

Me too or that the gay partner runs away so that the other partner can live a heterosexual life. I liked this…
Another terrible trope (currently in play in LBC2 with TulHin).

But yeah, the guys really look just like the average guys at school. Not everyone is model status as other BLs would have you believe ;)
