while watching this drama I kept thinking - I read reviews a long time ago that made me decide not to watch it. what could they have possibly been about? this drama is SO freaking good, so freaking cute, makes me feel so many emotions and keeps me SO HOOKED. this ML is delicious the FL is a cutie pie the story is unique and interesting the dynamics are great the characters are great and subverts tropes too! (shoutout to Feng caicai)

but then....last stretch of episodes....made me remember the reviews. FL is THE MOST frustrating and nonsensical by the end like they completely gutted her character and I lost all interest like the ML truly deserved better lmfao ??? not satisfying but I remember the good times. If I could go back in time I'd just stop watching when they're at the jewelry store, instead of skipping through the rest of the episodes hoping for something to change
