jin ji won is getting so annoying these days.. she doesn't do anything but cry or show puppy eyes and there's no Personality ugh I had such high hopes for her

i'll admit i was a heavy school 2021 defender at first but there's no hope for me now i've completely lost interest in this i'm only watching bc we have only 2 more weeks until it's done

this drama had so much potential but the director and writer really messed it up. i don't think it's the actors' fault that the characters seem so bland it's definitely a problem with the overall production. what a let down from the rest of the school series

Ikrr most of the time she just talks in pout or has two facial expressions her character in this is so bland

I kept watching to see if it would get better, but unfortunately it isn't. There are some episodes where the pacing/content is okay, but they are overshadowed by the slower ones. Youngjoo's character has the most potential, and definitely feels more like a main lead than Kijoon here, but his overly harsh remarks on Kijoon every time they meet has become too overused. It was understandable the first few times but now he has virtually nothing left to say other than shouting at him. Kijoon feels like a side character in here, I don't think the directors are letting him shine as much as he should. As for Jiwon, she is a nice, pretty, cheery FL but there's honestly nothing special about her that makes her stand out. Her character is just a couple smiles and a couple doe-eyed stares. Yet again, Seoyoung seems to have more of a personality and character than her despite being the second lead. I will watch this till the end because I don't want to give up on it, but my expectations will remain low.

i don't enjoy many historicals but this drama is sooo good trust me the romance and chemistry is just everything

Well, the second trope wasn't really debunked because Deokim only acted as if their childhood encounter wasn't important so that she could create distance between her and Yisan. She treated the encounter like that purposefully, even though she probably was also amazed that the person she met as a child was the crown prince.

it has only been 4 episodes, don't give up on kijoon's storyline yet. and if the sml owned up to his wrongdoings he would literally be in jail (which then ruins his progression and story in the drama), all for throwing a plant pot at someone who clearly harmed his life somehow. have hope, we might get more yohan screentime in the coming episodes!

The story is cliche and predictable so what! It's a light high school drama that includes some serious school-related topics, while not delving too deep into them, and it's fine if that's not everyone cup of tea but some of y'all are expecting way too much from this show.

Han so hee's performance in this drama was amazing tho... it was completely different from her character in Nevertheless and sure, her character is quite sad and depressed so most of the time she had that type of expression but that literally has nothing to do with sohee's acting skills.
