Style will forever be an icon. This series really made me fall in love with the 2nd couple; JoongDunk - their chemistry is off the charts and they are effortlessly funny. The music is really good - Khao should definitely get more rock songs in the future! I also liked the mix of comedy and action in this one.Was this review helpful to you?

Best cinematography and real vibes
This drama has the best cinematography I've seen in any BL so far (the drive along the coast? the beach scenes? Nueng facing his uncle in that suit? ...). The vibe in this drama is so real and makes me want to travel back in time to Thailand immediately.PondPhuwin do an amazing acting job and also shout-out to Perth whom I really liked in this. I don't know why people complain about the story, it might not be perfect but it's clearly one of the more interesting ones I've seen. Definitely a respite from the too many over-the-top-comedies in the BL world - finally a story with a perfect amount of angst and with the most beautiful calm and serious moments between the main couple.
I definitely recommend watching this for the perfect cinematographic pictures and the amazing intensity between the characters.

The crime part is interesting, but the romance part is very lackluster
The 'crime story part' of this drama is actually kinda captivating. I really wanted to know who the murderer is and what their motives are - it's the reason why I wanted to finish the series. Unfortunately, the 'love story part' of the drama is not very well executed. The main characters seem awkward and there is zero chemistry between them. I have seen this pair in other series before, so I know they can do much much better... I think it's a combination of bad acting and bad directing here. There are also quite a few illogical details in the drama when it comes to their police work and to their private lives... GMMTV really needs to enhance their productions!Was this review helpful to you?
solid production but zero chemistry
First things first: I had high expectations for this series - sadly, they did not get met.Let's start with the positive points though: The ghost story is interesting and there are a lot of Thai cultural and religious aspects included. I loved that the story was not just black and white - over the course of the series I really started feeling with the main 'villain' too. The production is also solid, there are many special effects and they did a surprisingly good job with them. I am personally not the biggest fan of horror, but I think the jump scares were placed well.
Now we need to talk about the weaknesses: There was absolutely zero chemistry between the main leads and I still have no idea whatsoever how they even fell in love in the current timeline - Peem was constantly mean towards Khem and there was also no enemies-to-lovers-tension that would have explained them falling for each other despite that (and no, one home-cooked meal cannot override all of the aversion between the two). The side couple was slightly better, but the only ones bringing across a truly convincing love story were actually Jin and Da. The tempo of the whole series was also waaaay too slow. I literally watched most of it with 1.5x or 2x speed in order to not fall asleep.
Overall, this would have been better if it wasn't a BL.

funny university story with 3 couples
This is your typical funny university rom-com with 3 couples.Positive: I enjoyed it a lot and it made me laugh out loud many times. I like how they included three main couples and gave all of them a lot of attention - even though AouBoom stole the show anyways😄 Additional benefit: All couples in this one are all really good kissers...🤭😁
Negative: The stories are a little flat and the characters are a bit too over-the-top for my taste. Especially Junior's character feels much more real in his quieter and more serious moments.

Very fun watch with amazing cast
This is a hilarious pick-me up series with an extremely high rewatch value. What makes it special is the very well-done production and the supreme cast - all the actors did an amazing job portraying the characters. Po got massively on my nerves
The plot idea is really good, and that they included a real idol group in this is honestly mind-boggling for someone like me who's into K-Pop as well. I didn't know LYKN before this but definitely checked out their music afterwards. Why the relatively low rating then? It's because of Po's character. He nearly made me go insane. I just wanted to scream at him through basically every episode; his character seemed constantly sleepy and absent from the scene - Idk if it's poor acting or if they told Est to do it like this, but it made Po look totally lame. Also, I'm sorry if this is an unpopular opinion, but there was absolutely 0 chemistry between Est and William.Was this review helpful to you?
I'm in love
I loved this drama so much. There really aren't many series I watched more than once in my life but this is one of them. You just fall in love with the characters - and you'll get jealous; not even because of their romantic relationships, but because of their friend group. The series is very wholesome and definitely a safe space, it's funny, romantic, and sweet. The acting is top tier; this is the series that made me fall in love with PondPhuwin.Was this review helpful to you?
amazing actors & touching story
This is the BL that made me fall in love with the genre. Sadly, I later realized that not all BLs are of this quality, but Last Twilight has it all: absolutely amazing acting, just the perfect amount of funny scenes without being an over-the-top-comedy (like too many other BLs), a cute straight side couple, and a truly moving story that made me cry more than once. Watching this is basically a healing journey. Yes, I would have wished for the ending to be a little different, but overall this is still a 10 out of 10.
