A Great Transmigration Tale
Reality & fiction collide when the FL is pulled into a comic by the ML. As she tries to figure out how to get back to the real world, she finds herself falling for the man who has no idea he’s a fictional character. And also discovers a villain intent on permanently erasing them both. Will this duo learn to trust each other in time to save each other or are they doomed to cease to exist?I really enjoyed this drama. It was one of my first k-dramas years ago & helped propel me further in my love for foreign shows. The story easily kept my attention, getting me invested in these characters’ lives & needing to ensure they received their happy ending.
Such beautiful chemistry between a couple who faces unimaginable odds. Their choice to love defies the boundaries of time & space. Their journey is filled with peril & struggles, but that just makes their final victory that much sweeter. 🫶🏻
I laughed, I swooned, I worried, & I got teary-eyed. They made me feel all the feels, which is what I want from a drama. So this is definitely one I recommend to both fans of the genre & newbies to the wonderful world of kdramas.

Heartbreaking & Heartwarming all at Once
A nurse faces many challenges as she navigates the unfamiliar field of the neuropsychiatry dept. She meets a doctor, specializing in proctology, who quickly falls for her pure heart & genuine desire to help the patients in her care.This is such a GOOD drama. The overall plot line, pacing, & individual stories of the patients & medical staff are handled so well. The whole cast did amazing in their roles, giving life to their characters in such a way that the viewers could either relate to or sympathize for. Kudos to the writers & directors who brought awareness to the daily realty of those living with mental health struggles. These people don’t deserve our judgements & criticism, but rather our compassion & empathy.
Filled with inspirational quotes & wisdom, it caused me to really consider how I treat myself. We’re so often our own worst enemies. We should truly be kinder to ourselves…
Add in a precious dork of a totally green flag ML & you have a beautiful love story that shows what it means to truly love someone on both their best & worst days. I loved how both of male doctors were such softies when it came to their women. 🫠

Good, but not great
This has an interesting concept - a ML who suddenly and unexplainably experiences the FL’s emotions… and she’s a total stranger to him! The FL doesn’t know that, though, so she’s real confused about this man who keeps running hot and cold with her, protecting her then pushing her away.Fate keeps putting them in each other’s path, a tentative friendship is born, and attraction flares. The ML finally allows himself to reach for happiness with her but then their love gets tested by a shared history that comes to light - the link between them.
I like that all the connections got explained, all the relationships defined. I’m happy that the good guys won despite the painful odds. And I’m thrilled the Leads got their well deserved HEA. 💗

Another Underrated Gem
A prodigy in the Chinese traditional game of GO who literally sees in black and white + a female reporter/chef who is the only spot of color in his world.Really short review but I just had to share that this duo is pure couple goals. They’re so innocent and adorable, with a bond nobody can sever. They stand up for each other and protect one another no matter the cost to themselves. They support each other’s careers and encourage one another to chase their dreams. They don’t shy away from the other’s trauma but rather help them find healing. So beautiful and worth the watch!
Also, you don’t have to know anything about the game of GO to enjoy this drama - I know absolutely nothing. I’m honestly not even sure if my country has that game… 🤔

Both sweet & sour
If you’re in the mood for a fluffy drama that doesn’t take itself too seriously, you can give this one a shot. It’s a sweet love story between the postgrad psychology student FL & the younger ML who’s always loved her.It’s got:
- age gap (27yo FL, 21yo ML)
- Leads grew up together trope
- controlling family members
- push-pull tension
- love rivals drama
+ more
I enjoyed this drama as a 1-time watch. The Leads have good chemistry & I liked their life long bond. The ML is 100% devoted & all about the FL. She struggles due to the age gap which brought about too much drama for me to really love it, though. Plus her family is… eek!
I’m still glad I watched it as it is a cute story & a fun way to pass the time. 🙂

While many clamor for power & prestige, they’re fighting for peace & equality. Truly admirable characters! 🫶🏻
PS: kudos to the main villainous duo for acting their parts so well - they made me appalled at their characters’ depth of narcissism & selfishness.

So Underrated!
When a series of bizarre & gruesome murders occur, 5 passionate young adults will form the “Phoenix Squad” & embark on a perilous quest to subdue the seven omens. As they face tough adversaries, they form tight bonds of friendship that are forged in the fire.Amidst the life & death trials, the ML & FL help one another heal emotionally & find a love that neither ever anticipated, but one both are willing to sacrifice everything to keep.
I throughly enjoyed this drama. The Leads are both such strong characters that I was immediately drawn into their story. And their chemistry is so potent (even without any kiss scenes!) that I was hooked on watching the fall in love as they fought alongside one another. And, OhEmGee, what great fighters they both are!!
I also love the bond the 5 friends form. They’re each quirky with their own weaknesses & strengths. What I loved most is how there was no backstabbing or jealousy between them - they were all respectful & accepting of each other, no matter what. True squad goals, for sure!
If you’re in the mood for mystery & action with a sweet romance blooming throughout, then I recommend you give this show a watch. The cast all did so good with their roles, as well as all those who completed their tasks behind the scenes. 👏🏻

Trust your eyes or trust your heart?
The FL falls victim to a psychotic villainess who swaps their faces to escape a forced marriage with the powerful general ML because she’s already in love with the prince. The FL discovers the ML is the man she fell for years ago, but he’s unable to recognize her due to the sorcery… or does he??I really enjoyed this short drama, both the plot & pacing. The characters stayed consistent throughout & they all got the ending they deserved (which I very much appreciate in a drama!)
The Leads had great chemistry & their devotion to each other was perfect!🔥🫠 I loved how the ML knew to trust his heart over his eyes!! 🫶🏻 And it was so satisfying to watch the Leads never get tricked by the villains, but rather turn the tables for their own success every time.
If you like to see a contrast between a couple who has toxic, obsessive “love” & one with a healthy, protective love than I highly recommend this drama 👍🏻

Came for Her, Stayed for Them
When a movie buff falls for an aspiring director, will his sunshine personality melt her cold indifference in this melodrama?I enjoyed this despite how much it made me want to cry (iykyk). The cast did wonderful bringing their roles to life, & there were so many beloved familiar faces filling our screen. 😍
The light moments draw you in while the deep moments grip your heart. It has so many beautiful messages: the pain/joy of growing up; the importance of self-love; learning when to hold tight & when to let go; sincerity in apologies & forgiveness; everyone has a story; continuing to live after a final goodbye… & woven through the tapestry of it all is the beauty of love in many forms - familial, friendship, & romantic.
The Leads have such a comfortable & healing love. They’re each other’s safe harbor. They support, encourage, & protect one another every step of the way.
The ML had great bonds with others too - his brother, his bestie, the FL’s friend, + more. I loved them all!
The only character I didn’t like was the SFL (character NOT actress) - imho, she was very selfish so I never felt sympathy for her. 🤷🏻♀️
Overall, I def recommend 👍🏻

Lots of Laughs & Sweetness
In the Joseon era, he was a nobleman’s son. In modern days, he’s a scam artist. In every timeline, she’s the mermaid who loves him. Will these total opposites get their happy ending or is this duo destined to only get heartbreak & de@th after falling in love?I loved this so much more than expected! It made me laugh, swoon, tense, hope, worry, tear up, & cheer. It’s both light & humorous but also deep & a bit angsty.
From the moment they meet, in both eras, their chemistry is immediate. The attraction is there, though he doesn’t always want to acknowledge it. But even while he’s planning to scam her due to her obvious naivety of the world, he’s still protective of her. And he ultimately can’t follow through because of her goodness that reminds him he’s more than a con.
I love experiencing the friendship & bond that forms between them. The chaos that comes with their cohabitation is hilarious & so sweet. I truly love the way they love they each other. Her love is immediate but it doesn’t make his love any less real. They’re both willing to sacrifice everything for the other, ultimately giving up the lives they’ve always known just to be together.
Highly recommend for fans of romance, fantasy, comedy, some melodrama, & happy endings 🫶🏻

A Nice Surprise
A man with the ability to travel back in time meets a mysterious woman who impacts his supernatural abilities. When all their secrets & half-truths are revealed, will their love help them forgive one another or is this duo doomed from the start?This is the story of a family who have lost the use of their supernatural powers due to modern life struggles. As the tale unfolds they each face the choice to either continue with their self-destructive paths or take necessary steps to change. It’s not easy for the path to healing is filled with pain, but ultimately they each show their strength as they work to get out of their self-imposed ruts. And the catalyst for the change comes in the presence of the FL.

The cast did great in their roles. I thought the pacing & storyline were good as they held my attention nicely. I loved the father/daughter duo & the bond they formed. And the Leads had great chemistry! 🫠

Fantasy Youth Drama
When an angel accidentally becomes human after saving a boy, can she survive long enough to return to her old self?If you like any of the following points, then this maybe a drama you enjoy:

Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed the relationship between the Leads. They were just so precious from their crazy “meet cute”, to their squabbling while cohabitating, to their genuine friendship & the bond they develop, to their deep love for & protection of one another. 🫶🏻
Did I dislike some aspects? Yes, ‘cause I’m never a fan of love triangles nor do I enjoy separations (whether breakups or, like here, memory loss). However, I still really liked watching this story unfold & would recommend it to anyone who likes the aspects listed above 🤗

Beautiful People, Meh Story
She’s a student hiding her shaman identity. He’s a student living a seemingly cursed life. Just what’s in store for this duo when their paths cross?She falls for him at first sight & determines to save him. He despises shamans & treats her coldly. But fate intervenes when he shows up as her new classmate, giving her access to him once again. So she & her bestie work to become friends with this cold loner. Due to her attempts to protect him & a love triangle developing, chaos reigns with lots of heart & laughter.
This is a cute watch, but I was honestly disappointed with the last 2eps. That plot just didn’t work for me - all I could think was how this young ghost boy had now seen the FL n@k3d due to inhabiting her body. Such a violation of her! Just…no. 🤢
A lot was also lost on me due to not understanding a lot of the ritual aspects. So scenes that were supposed to be intense & emotive just felt dragged out because I had no clue why they were doing things in certain ways.
I wish we’d gotten more of the Leads as an actual couple since we had so many absolutely adorable moments of them together but not officially together, ya know? They had such great on-screen chemistry so I wanted more, haha.
I laughed. I swooned. I hurt. I worried. The cast did a really good job bringing their characters to life so kudos to them!

Love that Lasts for Lifetimes
Sparks fly & chaos ensues when an imprisoned immortal meets a low-level mortal sent to serve him who’s different from the others - not wanting his power, not seeking to k!ll him, not wanting to be there… will her innocence be a weakness or a strength for this duo?I quite enjoyed this drama, though I could’ve done without a few aspects. But the Leads had such a beautiful bond that I was able to overlook the things I didn’t like. I loved how this duo only ever had eyes for each other & how they were so protective of one another. Even in their amnesiac states, they still trusted one another despite believing they’re enemies. They had a love worth fighting for!
The plot & pacing did stutter a bit for me in the middle, but again, the Leads made it bearable. And even though it’s a happy ending, I truly wish the rules would change so that our time-travel dramas have us more satisfying endings of our Leads reuniting. We want the hugs, the kisses, the weddings, the life together! 😉
Kudos to the cast & crew for bringing this story to life, allowing us viewers the pleasure of witnessing this love story unfold, a love that spans lifetimes. 🫶🏻
