jay egocentric as hell omg lmfao š youād expect concern or expression of worry for your boyfriend who didnāt wake up weeks in the hospital but instead he victim blamed Sun for not picking up his damn call as if Sun wasnāt lying on the floor on the verge of death⦠ā30 missed callsā AND DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THAT MICROEXPRESSION HE MADE WHILE SLITTING HIS OWN WRIST WITH SUNS HAND LIKE YOURE MAD EVIL?? wdym you only got satisfied once you saw him distressed like that was the only way for him to prove he cares about you š I didnāt really have faith in him but his lack emotion is what worries me.. I mean itās not surprising everyone else agreed in the series he should get a therapist lol
Other than that, I wish they had made the revenge more satisfying. I wouldāve liked to see the villains suffer and the media coverage of it as well rather than a quick death. And more scenes for sun and jay towards the ending, but overall it was good!
Girl, two things can be true at once! both toxicity and being madly in love can coexist BESIDES each other. As an audience I am allowed to share my opinion, whether that means commenting on the morals of this story or not. If you forgot, you were the one who asked me ''toxic, where?'' and I simply gave you a definite answer. Yet you're throwing a tantrum acting as if me calling out morally grey characters was equivalent to saying the show is bad. This is a rather psychological drama, what makes you think a show like this wouldn't have psychological things such as toxicity as its fuel? You seem to have a real problem with the word, but are you even familiar with the definition yourself? By the way you've been in denial this entire conversation I suppose you're not. At this rate you shouldn't even be speaking about real life if you can't put the label on dark, non-consensual actions as toxic. And I also don't understand why you're taking things so personally, am I tormenting you because I explain the depths of.. the characters? Your lack of empathy and ignorance is not my problem, nor does it mean I don't enjoy the show.šš
You donāt have to sit and glorify sa to enjoy a drama involving dark topics or psychological dramas 𫪠questioning whatās toxic in the first place because you downplay the impact or actions isnāt making you superior over everyone else because you donāt react to toxicity, in fact it just shows your lack of empathy. More importantly, youāre not tougher than anyone else because you think breaking boundaries isnāt a big deal š
THIS HAS TO BE RAGEBAIT š cuz nobody will go watch a show that is filled with MAJOR red flags and go to say nothing is wrong with it if thereās nothing fundamentally wrong with your brain.. weāre devolving
Umā¦.. youāre saying itās not sexual assault when pājane forced himself on little Jane in episode 5 and he was crying and begging him to stop? And even in episode 4 at the art exhibition, was it not sexual assault when little Jane kept telling PāJane to stop or he would shout? Did you intentionally miss the point to make people read your comment in disbelief or did you just watch with your eyes closed? Because Iām actually sitting here laughing on how ignorant you are šš
and yes there were times when little Jane was willing, like at the end of ep6, but thatās clearly not what Iām talking about.
Perhaps that big jane uses manipulations tactics in the earlier episodes, sexually assaulted little jane, showed up wherever he went and somehow always knew where he were and forced himself on him so many times. Is that not toxic to you? Even said āI almost broke my promiseā (forcing himself on him) as if he didnāt already break it 5 minutes prior to that. I mean if anything that definitely didnāt help little Jane in terms of mental health šā¦
people saying little Jane is red flag šā¦. Iām just gonna say both Put and big Jane were on thin fucking ice for me this entire series and Iām not even surprised that little Jane lashed out the way he did on big Jane even if it seems super cruel from Big Janeās perspective, becauseee he seemed to have character development this episode. With how toxic and obsessive Big Jane has been acting the last few episodes and Put spitting out āpājaneā before becoming one with earth⦠how could you in little Janeās shoes not put the dots together? no cuz Iād be mad as hell tooš
And Iām glad that Big Jane is reflecting and actually trying to change but I would be lying if I didnāt say the letter made me laugh a little, his intentions were apparently quite the opposite from what actions he presented which was surprising. And lastly, I couldnāt care less that put died⦠šāāļø
Ep11 really hit me HARD with the bittersweetness of growing upš Thereās a lot of things which I can relate to although I havenāt graduated high school yet. What exactly you want to pursue, the possibility of being parted with the people you value the most, and that lingering feeling of uncertainty of your future. Walking into something out of your ordinary and knowing that youāre about to experience the transition to where real life begins is one feeling you almost canāt describe, and that is something that this drama portrays beautifully, every part of it.
the cinematography in the last two episodes is absolutely gorgeous. The pacing slightly changed, but more than anything it felt intentional instead of rushed. One thing that came as a surprise is how much the later episodes really brought to the story, and as someone who watches a lot of series in the genre of Bl I like that such depth is being explored since the majority of other series lack in that specific aspect.
does anyone of ya'll know the music at the end of ep 6? where jaemin was preparing the food, I've used shazam…
I signed up and made an account just for this comment, as I am a sucker for good music too. I tried doing Shazam too but there was no response š .. However when I looked at the music credits, I got an idea that the song could be āFace Onā by CHOYY, a Korean independent artist. It was hard to find them on streaming platforms but after listening to their songs i find the voice very similar. But unfortunately, I donāt think the song is officially released as of now.
Other than that, I wish they had made the revenge more satisfying. I wouldāve liked to see the villains suffer and the media coverage of it as well rather than a quick death. And more scenes for sun and jay towards the ending, but overall it was good!
