I just finished watching this and I fairly enjoyed it. What I didn't like was the 'romance' part. OMG!!! Korea...enough with this already! It felt forced and rushed! There was no romantic chemistry between both the main leads! Don't get me wrong, I do like a good romance every now and then but I like romances that have a story behind it. A build up, and great chemistry. For the record, I know for a fact that NO GUY has ever said they have butterflies when they fall in love! When the main male lead said that I was thinking what female wrote this?? Plus they made the MFL act stupid. Wanting the guy to profess his love and all that other dreary crap that could scare a man away was put into this.
I'm always getting introduced to new faces because I'm still in the honeymoon phase of Korean dramas and I loved the two male leads. Their chemistry was OK. I did like how the main ML had to play two types of personalities. I bet that was hard to do at times.
There was a part in this where it reminded me of the ol' school movie Ghost. Patrick Swayze's character needed Whoopi Goldberg's character help in helping his girlfriend because she was in danger and Goldberg's character stated she wasn't going to help him and she didn't care what he did so he sang...a lot! There was no singing in this but the second male leads antics to get help had me reeling. That part made me truly like this drama.
I liked the police team. I loved their chemistry so much that it made me wish I had a police wife....I never heard of that term ever but I still want one, lol! This is why I love police dramas.
Besides the stale romance this kept me interested throughout the whole series. I always like seeing the bad guys getting punished and that's how this ended.
