i honestly expected that he would come back -- but i didnt think it would have been him faking his death to get treatment -- cause that wasnt necessary -- i thought it would have been its a case of a coma and the doctor stole his body to treat him while in a comatose state --like his body needed time to rest cuz he has been doing too much

i actually thought it was well executed --that there was more to the story beyond d ML and it was actually interesting -- she thought of him but it wasnt an overdo!!
i liked that it wasnt the typical reincarnation for revenge plot --sis just wanted to survive and eventually became someone who could indulge in romantic love
the way the doctor looked back at the hall during the mourning was supposed to be the indication-- but they should have given us something in the ending more about how he was cured - maybe in a coma or something --- but the way they just left that poor doctor on the brink of death --- i also would have liked to see him hear about his grandmother poisoning him
i liked this drama -- something about the villain story just didnt hit for me --- but im glad that there wasnt too much angst with the villain during the main part of the series
