as much as i love the tolerance kang xi has for yi huan, i'm glad he disciplined her. (happy it was only on the hand and not the butt though haha). his soft spot for her is so adorable, but she keeps doing things that would've gotten others beheaded time after time (even if they were good things). as an emperor, he can't just keep letting them slide as if it's okay for her to do those "crimes".
