I see a lot of comments already comparing this series to other Chinese BLs. I find that a bit unfair since only one episode has aired so far, and in my opinion it was a very strong one. The production quality is very good and the main actors are doing a great job. They already have incredible chemistry. The story is also very interesting and very faithful to the novel. I’m glad you’re giving it another chance! After all, very few series manage to win us over from the very first episode. The same thing happened to me with Revenged Love, but thankfully I listened to a friend who told me to keep watching. Otherwise, I would have missed one of my favorite BLs!
