Dunno what that you mean whith an A-list.. for example; in Korea Song Ji Ho is more famous than Kim Go Eun. (same for Cho Yeo Jung) In Korea, actresses who make nude scene or sex scene aren't banned and can do others movies or tv (unlike Japan)
