When I was a student, I was extremely happy when I obtain a 7 :D.
And if you are logical, the average of 10 is 5, so, all rate upper than 5 is pretty good

So, not a low rating right?
I rate 7 if i like, 8 if I like very much, 9 if i consider that it's fantastic and 10 it's for me a masterpiece (I have only rated one movie with 10)

When I rate a movie or a drama with 7, it's something that I liked.
I don't think that it's a bad system, it's just that users don't know to rate

Between 7,5 and 8 it's a low rating ?!! @.@
