ehhh you are worried for those XD Dont worry. In my opinion I dont think this story will be that kind of drama. I think it will be more similar to Jin Dong's dramas in a sense.Story telling, filming or character progress, sincerely telling a slice of life story. Im not sure if you know some of his dramas tho? For example: First half of my life, one of my unforgettable cmodern drama. But I want to warn you I remember checking details on book, also searching for a pirate way to read it. I failed sadly (lol I just have a thing for cnovels you see) I know they have a very sweet married life and have a child together later on.

Its a shame really whichever part we look at.. but what can we do sometimes...Its Cent and sponsors play big part in these casting matters also background of celebs, what they bring to table.

I already saw some set photos of them together holding hands *le sigh. I need time to digest this feeling of my part first to be able to enjoy this serie..
So much drama already. Chinese fandoms are so toxic. I'm not going to judge based on Zhou Ye or Wang Zi Qi's or…
' If he didn't want second bill, then act in something else.' There are many sponsors and other bigger people behind a production team in Cent, even Kent. IF one of those people has specific celebrity they want in a drama, casting has to has them or else production can stop or alter with problems for months. So I just wanted to say its not that easy to change these stuff. Let alone an actor or actress making that decision so easily. Since they went after him to this length even accepting 'guest billing' filming party decisive on having him...
There is also another screencap where his white crocs are showing while he rides fake horse XD Im very unhappy with awkward editing & even more awkward looking costumes of lead male lead...
For the sake of old years of Running Man not only as show but behind the scenes and taking such long time filming it every fcking week I sincerely hope he talked to LKS or even sent invitation EVEN if he knew he wont be able to attend. I was following them since very first ep of Running Man to until up to 400-450 something episode for years. This kind of matter shows a lot of one's character. All viewers knows some details of their real life and screen character details after following for many years so I have some ideas. BUT that doesnt change how one feels when I read he only invited people he sees once a week at least or talks to almost every day... Good luck to the bride in her future life.
Such a lovable and talented little bean in 'Shadow Love'! His mimics/expressions and voice is really too much for my heart xD I just want to pinch and kiss his cheeks.
This story did nothing but exhaust me.Fighting serious and heavy mood was all we had after 5 eps. But the story telling and progress didnt made it worthy for me like at all. I didnt liked lead guy I didnt liked secondary lead guy. I only liked female lead character(and her brothers in army) and the way actress portrayed her giving her all! It was so nice to watch for once a character not giving a demn about her WHITE JADE skin or her PERFECT JADE face and did go ALL OUT while her scenes including dirty faces, muddy clothing, stratches on her and her character went through war scenes all the time...She never hold back from having mimics and expressions while figthing, screaming or acting coy.Bravo. Im so glad ending happened the way it did. I always wanted this kind of ending for some my fave female leads in these costume dramas...
hi can someone help me here i am not a strong hearted guy and hence cant watch strong actions , sadness or anythingi…
I want to be a bad person and recommend you Shadow of Love instead. It will pull ur heartstrings so good and so bad it will hurt but you will love it because it will worth it with each progress step?! yup. sorry not sorry xD
i need someone to reassure me i should watch this drama! 🙏🏻watched 2 eps and am underwhelmed with the acting…
Im glad to see another person saw similarities. Actually a loooot of parts are very similar to most Jiu Lu Fei Xiang novels including The Legends aka Ostentatious Zhao Yao as novel name.
I have no idea who she is until I randomly end up seeing a post about her fit body on douban forums. Wow her body looks amazing. Those arms, back & leg muscles gained through martial arts looks so charming.
Novel sounds exactly how I like my slice of life-romance and I know #HuangXuan would kill this role for 100%! BUT why pick such a young actress for this kind of deep role/story while leading guy is also veteran and older than her?Is there a sponsor who wants her in or what.. I have nothing against the young actress by the way pls dont come onto me if you are her big fan. This kind of situations just makes me uncomfortable. There are many more seasoned and young looking actresses out there. They would give a better understanding to this kind of female character & story from their own experiences. This will surely have romance scenes will I dont even feel like looking forward to when I try to imagine both in scenes.I just cant help but remember the age difference. AND this is coming from someone who is quite comfortable with age difference dramas both noona/didi or oppa/dongsaeng... Novel summary from Baidu with google translate: Meishun, a mountain dweller, married into the urban family of Changsheng. Initially, she was apprehensive and at a loss. Discovering her husband was mentally retarded, she felt even more resentful and resentful. She endured this situation only because her family had accepted a generous gift from his in-laws for her brother's marriage. Gradually, Meishun came to appreciate the loyalty and kindness of her husband, and with the birth of their child and the kindness of her in-laws towards her and her grandson, she gradually settled down and settled into a simple life with Changsheng. However, this good fortune was short-lived. Her father-in-law, a former business owner, was punished for negligence, and Meishun and Changsheng fell from favor to destitution. Both lost their jobs, leaving the family dependent on her father-in-law's work at a township enterprise. Faced with such a disparity, Meishun chose not to be discouraged or complain, but to earn her own living and set up a pancake shop in the neighborhood where she lived. Although the simple-minded Changsheng had no opinions, his love for his wife was firmly rooted in his heart and he put it into practice: he got up early and worked hard to share the burden for his wife. It was precisely because of the couple's simple tenacity and fortitude, coupled with the help of kind people, that Meishun's life not only did not collapse but became more harmonious after a series of setbacks such as unemployment, her mother-in-law's stroke, being cheated by her sister-in-law, and her children's rebellion.
Depends.Basically just so you know: the ending... is a VERY open one so that can be frustrating.I also personally…
Since you discovered him recently and trying out other dramas he is in, please add 'follow your heart' to that list! His character and his partner Huang Riying's character is the secondary couple there. They dont have enough screen time its a shame BUT its a very worthy lighthearted couple with unique characters. I still cant move on from them...
I completed it because both leads are people I follow works for. I cant really call myself their hard die fan yet Im also not a passerby fan. Their characters and what they went through was worthy to watch for me. Story was very close to real life and so was filming,styling/clothing & places they filmed. One of the reason why I felt closer to story was because of one of my oldest fave CNovel called: My Mister Ostrich. Of course that novel was a lot more precious and detailed in writing BUT it had many similarities for lead couple and their story. IF leads werent in this Im afraid I would have dropped it. I dont regret watching it BUT I also wouldnt come back to rewatch because they didnt add more meaningful scenes for leads together... its a shame really that would have make this story more heartfelt... I really like how tranquil these two's chemistry is in both dramas they acted together. Its like some couples which went thro stuff and they reached a place where they are both calm & comfortable together. Their dynamic feels exactly like that to me in both dramas.. Soundtrack wasnt that memorable but I really liked ending song: Song of Sunflower. It feels very melancholy and 90s to me. It makes me think of childhood memories somehow :')
I only watched her in Rebirth for You. She was the empress dowager and grandma of Ju Jing Yi's character. Their relationship was soooo sweet and heartwarming also bitter at times just like novel of drama. They had lovely sincere scenes together she made me miss my grandma for real...
But I want to warn you I remember checking details on book, also searching for a pirate way to read it. I failed sadly (lol I just have a thing for cnovels you see) I know they have a very sweet married life and have a child together later on.
ps cant wait to see this greyish tone wig on him in HD!
