Pure and Loft don’t owe Air anything . There’s a saying: 'If you love two people, choose the second one, because if you truly loved the first, you wouldn’t have fallen for the second.'
Their mistake wasn’t falling in love, it was not being upfront from the start and letting Air get hurt like that.

I think the main reason for cut vs. uncut versions in shows comes down to platform and censorship laws. If it's on tv Same-sex intimacy, physical touch or skinship are toned down, shortened, or completely cut. Many series are only on YouTube or other online platforms then they don't need cut and uncut episodes

I haven't watched the tv version. But normally romantic scenes are toned down or removed. They need to follows TV broadcast guidelines and the episodes are Shorter in time.
For sure better the uncut version

the uncut version includes scenes that the TV version don't. For example the love scenes. You can find them in the uncut version
