This gives me strong One: High School Hero and Weak Hero Class 1 vibes all at the same time. Minus the filming and lack of a gang part. Am I disappointed by the way it's set up as? Kind of. Will I still watch it? Yes.
I freely admit that a few episodes made me cry like a bitch and I wholeheartedly don't regret it. Whilst others might not have liked it as much as I did, it felt like the perfect ending minus no hug or words being said between the two. Just a smile, sad eyes from Hyeseong, and a happy little "we meet again" look. I NEEDED WORDS. A HUG. SOMETHING. I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE LETTER THAT HYESEONG WROTE FOR WOOJIN TO SMILE WHEN THEY MEET AGAIN. I NEED PHYSICAL TOUCH. WORDS.
Happy ending. But not quite fulfilling as I'd like. A hug or a 'how have you been?' would've been nice. But, nope. We got a smile from the two and then bam; ending song plays.
My question is: DID JIHAN NOT EXIST IN THE PAST? Why was he appearing and disappearing? And, if Woojin was going…
Yes, he did exist in the past. I believe that that was him going back to the future. Remember how as soon as he finished the drawing of Woojin at the beginning? He was transported to the past, then after an argument between Woojin and him, he tore up the drawing of him. Boom, he vanished; back to the future. Again, after that happened, Hyeseong found out that Woojin had been killed in a car accident in front of his Art Cram school, went back to the past via drawing Woojin again. So on and so forth. A repetitive thing until he wanted the 'good' outcome to happen.
Just finished watching this one and I guess it's not that bad. They just didn't have that much time to explain…
I was thinking the exact same thing in regards to the ending. A hug, a 'how are you doing', something. But nooo, it had to be the thing Hyeseong wrote to do. To "smile" when they meet again. THAT DOESN'T DO JACK FOR US BL FANS, OKAY? WE NEED PHYSICAL TOUCH. A hug would've made this 100% better for me, at least!
I'll be honest: I've been reading all of the comments about NC as non-consensual and just confused on if that's what it is or not. I think I need sleep. lol
I'm only on episode three and I'm already loving it. Gah, I knew that I should've started back in 2025, but I was too busy with other dramas to even start watching it. This is a 10/10 before I even complete it.
Having a relationship with an older man doesn't mean he was groomed. He's legally able to have a relationship…
You defending it is weird and you need to seek help for your way of thinking. It's still weird that the guy is Akira's brother's friend and Akira's ex-tutor. It's still weird that they met when Akira was younger than 18. You're basically saying via context clues that you're fine with it.
Things I've learned about the four casts in this TV program: Dong Yeon is an amazing cook and amazing at guessing random songs during ep. 9. Je Hoon should not be allowed to cook using either butter or eggs. Dong Hwi is highkey funny as fuck at certain times. Eun Woo is playful as fuck whenever he's around Je Hoon.
These guys are such dorks and I love them for it. Edit: All of the cameramen's comments about Eun Woo is SOOO real in ep. 10. He is definitely hot.
