just complexity and many unresolved things

i started with great anticipation and was then extremely disappointed. if they had kept it short, maybe i would have liked the series more.

i still don't understand the existence of wang shuo. yes, he was chi cheng's ex-boyfriend, and yes, he taught him how to raise snakes. but I don't understand why he tried to re-enter his life. his attraction to chi cheng was nothing more than a habit. he wasn't in love or anything.

on the other hand, doctor chuai acted as if he were smart and did nothing but stir things up. everything he said caused misunderstandings. he was my most hated character.

and i still don't understand the relationship dynamic between gou cheng yu and chi cheng. they tried to convey something in the series, but they absolutely failed to convey it. they couldn't explain the characters' pasts, and their pasts and connections seemed superficial.

i really didn't like the dubbing of the voice actors in the series. they somehow managed to fit the characters' voices, but they couldn't convey their emotions at all. because wu sou wei's actor used his own voice for dubbing, the emotion in his scenes was much better. episode 15, and again, the scenes where he talks to his mother, were my favorites. especially the scene in the garden was a scene that could win an oscar.

i started the series thinking it was a bl series, and frankly, it didn't feel romantic at all. their chemistry was good, but i couldn't feel any attraction or connection. the series' biggest downside was that it left both the story and the emotions shallow. i started with high expectations, and all my expectations were dashed.

DISAPPOINTMENT.

frankly, it was a complete disappointment. i was a huge fan of pit babe the first season. poohpavel is one of my favorite couples. the story progressed very slowly, and what should have been a big event in the last episode was quickly wrapped up. i haven't read the novel, but it was clear in the script that there was a major flaw. i'm fucking tired of alan and jeff, and it was clear from the start that alan was an asshole. i fucking hate him. charliebabe's acting was great as always, but they were sadly wasted because the writing was bad. i'm not even talking about kimkenta. they were the only couple that touched me emotionally in the last episode. i had tears in my eyes when kim and kenta said goodbye. the fact that kim never left kenta was the only thing i expected while watching the series. they were the couple who truly deserved a happy ending.i would have loved to see more scenes of them. sonic and north's story was boring and childish. they couldn't even talk openly and made each other suffer for years. chris's breakup speech to pete was so accurate and heartbreaking. it was nice to see a mature couple. at the end of it all, charlie, who had lost his memory and didn't even know what he was fighting for, figured everything out again. it should also be said that while the series was airing, i don't know what was going on in those heads who wanted willy and babe to be together. willy openly sexually assaulted Babe. i don't understand how they can still call someone like that attractive and want them to be together. still, it was nice to see charlie and babe get married at the end of it all. congratulations to them.

WHATS WRONG WITH YOU?!!

it started out pure. BUT ming is unforgivable in any universe. he was a violent, abusive, and obsessive-compulsive jerk. joe must have had stockholm syndrome, too, and he accepted this sick bastard every time. i can't believe you call this series great and the characters so sweet. they were toxic from start to finish; i never felt comfortable watching it. i don't care how much guilt ming feels or how much pain he's in, because he ruined the life of someone trying to survive on their own. this is completely unacceptable.

despite how shitty the story was, the production was excellent. it was impressive that they showed joe's new body every time and didn't make any mistakes in that regard.

this series is a show that fans hype, but terrible in terms of story and characters. i didn't even understand the chemistry between them because i was so focused on how dishonorable ming is. i was triggered every time they had sex, and most scenes felt like rape, even if joe consented.

the most heartbreaking scene of the entire series for me, and even a little bit, was when joe received a compliment from director pao. he really needed that.

BEING HETERO WON'T SAVE YOUR LIFE.

the movie causes you to think that your life will go well when you become straight. it was like when you are gay, your life is processed as if it will be devastated. gayness is bad and treated like something that ruins your life. maki was such a sweet and likable character. i never understood why naomi wanted to hurt maki all the time. i hope things got better for maki.

I DID NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTING IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS THAT IT WAS ALREADY WRITTEN.

it felt very rushed and unnatural. it was very obvious everyone had someone in mind, which is fine, but it was made to feel overly obvious. the dates were very simple, lacking any emotion. nobody properly expressed their feelings to their partner. i watched this season after watching the third season. honestly, i didn't understand anything about teeteepor, one of my favorite couples. they apparently liked each other, but if that was the purpose of the show, they should have shown us that. it was also ridiculous that they chose each other despite not spending much time together. they constantly edited the games in the show. i thought this season would be like the third season, which felt very genuine and real, but I was wrong.

p.s. it was a huge injustice that ryujin and save, the best couple in the acting game, didn't win. yes, they might not be a rigged couple, but it was completely unfair.

CUTE SERIES FROM A OLD COUPLE

as someone who has never watched SOTUS their chemistry and acting were fantastic. for me, eight episodes was enough for this story. the characters and story were great, but i didn't feel any depth of the characters. the plot was very good and wasn't confusing. i watched the episodes as they aired, so maybe that feeling has faded. the nc scenes were great, but i think they could have had more explicit scenes from a couple who haven't been back in the series for a while. frankly, it was great to see GMMTV's first couple get married.

we waited all this time but what cost?

we waited so long, and this is what we got? i've been a long-time bounprem fan, but besides the bad script, the acting seems to be getting worse.

they explained unnecessary things and didn't explain things that needed explaining. honestly, i took a break for a few months because i was so bored watching it, and it was still quite tedious.

actually even they do not have to much kissing scenes; prem still acts like he's afraid to kiss i honestly skipped even those scenes. this is the first time i've seen a couple who's been together for so long and then regress.

yes, the script was terrible; they couldn't convey that dark theme at all. director new is incompetent. he can only ruin every project he takes on like this. it was awful. i thought it was worth the wait, but i waited in vain.

another disappointment

i thought this series could be great based on the premise, but i don't understand why it ended up being such a disappointment.

the beginning and the ending were good, but many things in between weren't good. thankfully, poon joined the cast. his silly antics always manage to make people laugh. juniormark is a couple i like, but junior has a problem: even though his character shouldn't be in love with mark's character, junior always looks at mark with love. this really ruined his character.

we expected the series to have angst, but that pain in between never reached us and the story started to get increasingly boring. i was watching it currently, but i stopped after a while. even the actors said it was related to director new. i don't know how he manages to ruin every script. ohmpoon, despite being new couple, weren't that bad. as I said, despite having a new and good premise, the script was handled terribly.

IT MADE ME CRY A LOT BUT I SHOULD MOVE ON

it was so fucking good until the last episode. i do not have any problem with sad endings but thing that i do not understand it, who the hell was that guy? he was the exact xi gu. i don't like it because they did with voice actor and i think it was unnecessary. i understand why he's looking for him in someone who looks like him. that joke he played on him was actually very heartbreaking. if there was a feeling i did't even feel that. the acting was fucking amazing. there were a lot of gaps in the script, and i would have liked them to develop the main couple more. i am an anti for an age gap couple and i just skipped their part. however i should say that sun bao and hao's friendship was irreplaceable. yeah, xi gu always will be eighteen and we will get older unfortunately.

75 LIVES????

there were so many logical flaws. she said she's been chasing her for 75 lives????????????

the story only depicted events that had taken place 60 years prior. 75 lives in between is impossible. the couple was very nice, their acting was good. so, the series wasn't really a gl series. by the way, it was the first gl series i watched. despite being a nice couple, the plot holes made the series fail for me.

it was very similar to the khemjira series. they aired in the same year, i don't know which came first, but this series can't even compare. the script was bad, and the main character's spirit was the most psychopathic i've ever seen. i'm not surprised they couldn't escape.

I WISH IT WAS JUST THE STORY OF THE FIRST COUPLE.

my rating is solely based on the first couple's story. i don't even want to give a rating to the couple referred to as the second couple. i wasn't expecting a happy ending for them either. i watched their story with the same disappointment as xing si's father. it was nice to watch the first couple's relationship evolve from friendship. li cheng's character was incredibly sweet. It was nice to see someone ready to do anything for the one they love. mu ren was also very sweet. it was nice to watch their relationship. but as I said, the presence of the other couple ruined the whole energy of the series. honestly, it's not a series i would highly recommend. the series revolved too much around the ethical boundaries of human nature.

it was very different from the other bl's. i decided to watch it when i saw the actor who played khunkao promoting the series on the streets of thailand, telling people to watch it. as i said, the series was very different. i got a little lost in the historical narratives, and frankly, the sets and acting in the timelines were bad. but the acting in general is very impressive. i honestly didn't expect such an ending. i especially didn't know how to react to the plot twist in the very last scene. my favorite character in the series was pun. his relationship with kor was amazing, and it was the thing that affected me the most. kor's death was very tragic. although many people died in the series, the fact that no one, including their lovers, cried was very unrealistic. honestly, i don't know if i liked it or not. the acting and the chemistry between the main couple were very good. it felt like it could have been a great series, but the scriptwriting prevented it.

p.s.: there are significant omissions in the cast, particularly regarding the actors who had an impact under the series title. this looks a bit bad in terms of credit. even the most minor characters were very well-acted. i don't know the actors; it would be great if someone who knows them could add their names.

i am not sure about ending

the first half of the series was very good. the actors' performances were excellent, especially hao wei, who was perfect. he was a fantastic character in terms of personality and vibe. many people said the series was too long, but they tied it up too quickly again. so the ending was a disappointment for me. xiang yong accidentally found himself in a mess, and the worst thing that happened to him wasn't hao wei forgetting him, but wan zhe forgetting him. when wan zhe forgot him, all the ties were broken. as I said, hao wei was a perfect character, and the cinematography and color of the series were very beautiful.

their love was so sweet and pure. hao wei's loyalty to xiang yong all these years impressed me. not every ending had to be happy. frankly, i think an unhappy ending would have been more impactful.

there should definitely be a second season

frankly, i didn't expect something this good. the first episode was excellent but then the series got a little boring, but it started to get better after the first half. i do not recommend the series to people who only want to watch bl romance, but the series was great in terms of subject and treatment. i searched to see if there were any logical errors in the series, but they answered every question, which was impressive.

the acting was great. i just think that the person playing peace can't make you feel much emotion in some places. other than that, the friendship of everyone in the series was perfect. i never believed that nap was a traitor and i sensed a romance more than bromance between not only the main couple but also the other friends. it would be nice if there was a romance between aim and jihun :) and of course nap and kawin would be a perfect couple. sun already said that nap did all this to protect kawin.

the series needs a second season because of that scene at the end that will shock you. (by the way, i wasn't shocked because their injury wasn't that serious.) frankly, now that the real devils have emerged, we need to learn what they will do next. if there is to be a second season, i hope it will be like this.

YOON JISUNG!!!??!!

i was so happy to see jisung in this series. he always seemed to have a certain queer side to him; i knew that. the drama's tone was very cold,. and the toxicity overwhelmed me and made me feel bad and sat at the same time. the acting was very good; i felt all their emotions very clearly. even though the editing was very bad, it was still watchable. i hope we can see jisung in more bl series.
