If daughter can trace down these culprits then how come dad , being the best profiler in the country with access to police assets, did not find it in last 1 year... probably he did and planned the murder...

In ep 1, the only point that stood out to me was how he played the detective in the interview. it was well planned with the bandaid and nephew point... and detective was taken aback as he is the best and he got his observation totally wrong..

He doesn't stick out.. but now if you go back and check his story - he has a nephew (i wonder dead or alive), his internship interview where he played the detective and primary reason why detective wanted to hire him (because ML's observation fell flat)....
There is literally no one else who can be the murderer... unless you spin it on the head and say it is revenge murders but ML is the killer
Bottom line - other than ML and Gu, literally no one else... the one question that may remain is why did female intern accept this role.. it is like super sidey for an actress well known.. but well.. i'd still say not murderer

I am going to say that Officer Gu is the real murderer here. He is taking revenge on his family's tragedy. The girl who claimed to be raped was either conning or the real culprit was never caught.
THIS makes more sense now as to WHY we have 2 interns when there was a position for 1 intern.... Why does this story need 2 interns? Out of which 1 is super confident and so astutely observant of people! THIS also explains the title of the show. THIS also explains one more thing - the girl who was originally murdered was either murdered because she is FL's best friend or because she was directly involved in the r*pe case somehow... (Being FL's friend is relevant if revenge is targeted towards ML ... to have him go through the burn of having a family member be suspected... and his own wife did pay for it)

This is totally a revenge murder and other than gu and ML, i just can't see anyone with the motive... and i am 100% sure that girl is not the one...
