Is this the scene in the car when he notices Jane pricked his finger? I loved that scene. Immediately shows how BJ's antenna went up. I don't think it suggests that another soul harvester exists, but rather how chronically deep BJ is into it and how many times he must have done this to associate any fingertip injury with possible nefarious things.
It also suggests, how even BJ thinks that a blood contract with him never ends well and hence his panic.
Lastly, that scene also shows how much in love BJ is already because he immediately became alert realizing possibility of someone having any kind of a hold on LJ via a contract etc.

2. Ep 3 breakup - that was a clear setup of Dan bringing LJ to that room and Put had setup BJ for that confrontation
3. Ep 6 trailer - i still think Put is being pressured by Dan and hence the desperation to get LJ to move on from BJ. Also, Put being in hospital - dead sure Dan has a hand in the accident and probably death
