just finished watching the final episodes and i am in PAIN 😭😭😭 I CANT BELIEVE ITS OVER 😭 10/10 drama from start to finish for me. this was absolutely fantastic and i’m devastated its over 😭i had so manny things i want to say but idk what to say except WELL DONE!!!! okay i came across a short drama on youtube and i’m a little over halfway through and im here to share the links bc while it’s a different story, there are so many similar elements from this show and the main characters are almost exactly like fan changyu and xie zheng :’) it’s literally about a butcher woman who saves an injured man and carries him home in the snow and marries him as a live in son in law to solve a problem and he has a prestigious background lol sharing for copium since pursuit of jade is about to end and i know a lot of us are about to be hung up on it 😭 at least there’s some similarities. it’s not the same but it’s something at least 😭

it’s soooo good!! from the acting, story, ost, visuals, costumes, etc, i highly recommend this show being your welcome back to cdramas 🥹 the camera and visual quality honestly keeps improving every year. there was a drama that aired earlier this year called how dare you!? that in terms of quality is on a similar level as this imo. both got a 10/10 from me 🥹
