i took the tv scene to mean that they’re watching the story of their lives and how their lives ended. him saying let’s watch the next show and saying he’ll watch the whole thing with her made me wonder if by next show he meant their next life (as this show represented their life) and by watching it with her, he meant accompanying her and living a happy life with her in the next one. or maybe they’re just somewhere watching tv together 😅

the novel is definitely more about revenge than romance. but in my opinion, the romance and relationships between the characters is far more iconic and memorable than stories that are mostly romance focused. i really enjoyed it 🥹heads up if you choose to read it. it does take a while though to get to more of the romance though so keep that in mind.

not sure if you’ve watched it yet, but there’s an animated version of this show that’s really good!! highly recommend 🫶🏻

i’d say it’s sort of high risk, high reward. high risk of getting attacked and dragged online if an actor/actress doesn’t fit a reader’s expectations. high reward if they do fit and give a great performance. idk much but in my personal opinion, i feel like drama could seriously advance someone’s career if executed well.

genuinely feel bad for whoever gets casted bc i feel like no matter who gets the roles, it’s gonna cause a lot of backlash bc they don’t fit the image of what the readers have in mind 😭 this drama i fear is a hot potato honestly. the novel is just so beloved.

ok the rating for this needs to be higher. acting, costumes, ost, cinematography, script, humor, chemistry, cgi, etc are all absolutely fantastic. i am having a BLAST watching this. i am enjoying the humor bc i have a feeling its gonna be very angsty later 🧎‍♂️
