thank f*ck for the 2nd couple - who would've thought, that little introverted, mouse like Tan Yin would stand up for himself & his man - to Liu's mother & tell her to stop torturing Liu for his brother's death. OMG but i needed him, especially after the train wreck that was the start, with moronic Qi Lu - have said this in the previous ep & will repeat it - his sacrifice is worth sh*t!!! he couldn't stop his father from messing with Qin Xiao's grandfather - probably causing his death. so this time again turning into his father docile dog will do what?!?? stop him from messing with Qin Xiao's future? cause he so reliable????????? this b*tch could've threatened his father by going to the cops to report him, or threaten to do it... threaten that if he messed with Qin Xiao he would leave to be with his mother & then that f*cker would live & die all alone. anything then bowing down & allowing him to beat the crap out of him, OMG but i am seeing red! at the stupidity of the MC.

i couldn't sit though this ep - this just kept going from bad to worse. if Qi Lu finally could stop his father from slapping him WHY the f*ck not follow through & tell him to STOP period & not let him hit him - & sorry, his sacrifice for Qin Xiao was worth sh*t all when his going to document the bad-guys hideout, put a target on his back that pointed straight at Qin Xiao feet! dude kept making one stupid move after the other & if anything happens to Qin Xiao, Qi Lu will be at fault. as whatever happened to Qin Xiao's grandfather is his fault. ********************************************************************************************************i was so pissed at Qi Lu that i couldn't focus on the 2nd couple. but hey at least their romance is smooth sailing, more or less. as am sure Liu's mother might come back to rock the boat as there still 2 more ep's to go.

either there is a problem with the translation or the plot is just misleading for the fun of it. at the start i was sure the reason Qi Lu was after v was cause of that painting at his house that i assumed his mother painted & he wanted to know her connection to that place & that shop. was wrong as he was the one that copied Qin Xiao painting & won an award & he felt guilt & wanted to make it up to him. ******************************************************************************************************************in this ep we see Qi Lu mother alive & well when i am 99% sure the reporter that interviewed Qi Lu in the 1st ep asked about his deceased mother. guess she just ran away & promised to come back for him. good she remembered after all this time. something better then nothing i guess - & everything was finally gonna work out - Qi Lu would gain his freedom & get away from his father's shadow & abuse. plus he wouldn't have to give up on his love as Qin Xiao would wait. & then we get that moronic scene at the end of this ep. Qi Lu himself told his friend that what he was trying to do was dangerous & here he goes & accompanies him - face palm moment. now wonder who is gonna get f*cked Qi Lu, his friend or Qin Xiao OMG... ****************ironic that the 2nd couple worked out the problem & they smooth sailing - who would've thunk it lol - aish 3 more eps to go & so much can go wrong

Qi Lu is deluding himself into thinking that after he gets into collage he will be free of his father. like his mother couldn't run away from him - neither will Qi Lu be free. sadly this is the reality. cause he got money & power & that trumps all. ***************am happy that Liu finally told Tan Yin the truth. it might be more of a white lie as he does have feelings for Tan Yin, but he feels guilty - either cause he is moving on with his life & will be happy & in-love while his brother is dead & buried or cause Tan Yin reminds him of his brother so he will be a constant reminder & niggling question if he is really with Tan Yin cause of his brother.... complex messed-up sh*t for sure

was wondering why every ep gets over so fast & just now noticed that each ep is only 28 mins...lol - anyway at least one couple figured out what they want or to give it a try. idk if i am happy about it as there has been to many hints at bad things to come from their surrounding's - so now cautiously happy. ******************************************************************************** regarding the 2nd couple; Liu was being a douche so i am happy he finally (after lying) admitted the truth about his feelings & even though Tan Yin didn't get a confession & the start of a relationship, he at least knows why Liu isn't ready to admit his feelings. even though this is giving him hope & if Liu decides, he can keep Tan Yin eternally hopping - which isn't good

the end was ironic, Tan Yin was sure Liu was talking too his brother (does he know it was Liu's younger brother in the pic?!? idk) anyway he was sure the "i missed u" wasn't meant for him. so he took off his hearing aid so as not to hear something more that would give him false hope & break his heart. while Liu actually was talking to Tan Yin. *********************************************& idk how i feel about Qi Lu being this persistent, it's good not to give up but u can't force urself on someone u love, just cause u love them. u for sure can't force them to face their feelings. so i don't really like how he is acting crazy.

what a depressing ep - Qi Lu doesn't seem stupid & yet he wanted to hang out at his fathers place???? the fact his father didn't catch him & Qin Xiao is a miracle... given the working projector - like duh! & i knew (as i am sure v did) that his father would not only find out but beat the living day lights out of him when he did that he had lied to him. *****************************************know that he still young & doesn't have a means to support himself & given his fathers name & money his disappearing isn't an option as he would "take care" of him like i am sure he did his wife. but still when will Qi Lu have enough of this treatment & stand-up for himself or lash out. will that ever happen?!??? Qin Xiao doing it for him wont be advisable as i am sure Qi Lu's father would happily destroy Qin Xiao's life. so Qi Lu needs to be the one that stands up to his own father. **********************also i didn't get Qi Lu pressing Qin Xiao his hints were quite thick & yet Qin Xiao was avoiding accepting Qi Lu advances. why push him when he seems not ready & quite uncomfortable. u made ur feelings clear give him time to come around on his own.******************************************************************************************************************************************Tan Yin is another one i feel bad for i can't blame him for developing feelings & Liu for his own reasons can't seem to keep his distance from Tan Yin & yet he is now hurting him by playing ignorant - i get him saying he is his little brother was making it clear to Tan Yin how he sees him. & yet i some how feel annoyed cause his treatment of Tan Yin is why he has fallen for Liu ugh *****************************************************************************************************************************************& if not enough guys got their heart broken in this ep Wei Jia Yu got his heart bruised too... ironically at the start of this i wouldn't have thought i would care one way or the other. but he is slowly growing on me & i felt bad for him.

Qi Lu's father told him he was going away for a month but he is gonna come back. Qi Lu lied to him about where he enrolled, even the place he is staying at isn't the dorm - he rented a place. given how crazy possessive his father let alone violent isn't he worried ?!? & i get his stomach issue is a consequence of his fathers constant abuse - but shouldn't he get that checked out?!?****************************************************************************************************************************************as much as everyone is interesting the one i care for is Tan Yin, this kid has been all alone regardless of his deafness or cause of it. he was abandoned in a hospital by his parents (am guessing) & even if Qin Xiao & his grandfather took him in, he isn't family. & now that Liu Ming Yang is bombarding him with care & kindness - little wonder Tan Yin has developed feelings for him & will get hurt cause Liu only see him as a substitute for his younger sibling that he lost (again guessing).

was wondering why Qi Lu was so fixated on Qin Xiao & his art, but i missed his mothers paintings in his house. here i realized that one of Qin Xiao's painting was the same store front that was depicted in his mothers art. & as we don't really know what happened to his mother (other then her being dead) i guess he wants answers about her past? either way the way he has latched onto Qin Xiao is still a bit weird to me - also Qin Xiao is too violent to my liking, given his own father shouldn't his temper be a turn-of?!?? here Qi Lu is hell-bent on sticking close to him. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************also Qi Lu was so focused on Qin Xiao (when the grandfather went missing) he totally ignored Tan Yin (heck everyone ignores him), as is it seems like cause of his handicap everyone treats him like he is air & that is breaking my heart. he had to wait until the evening when Liu Ming Yang came, to get comforted. that's freakin heart breaking. ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************& sorry but i find it so weird that the reason Liu Ming Yang is helping Tan Yin is cause he reminds him of his younger brother. especially when they gonna be a couple - how he gonna flip the switch between sibling love to romantic love?!? idk - weird****************************************************************************************************************************************also weird that Tan Yin was the one to introduce Tan Yin to Qin Xiao, i assumed they were family. cause if he was introduced a few yrs back Qin Xiao learnt sign-language that quick - for a stranger? who is just a tenant??& as Liu Ming Yang sees him as a sibling why not take him in ???idk....

1st ep & this was hella depressing, the abusive father the pushover son.. who falls for the bad-boy at 1st sight. the deaf boy that is taken advantage off or ignored by the world, who falls for an older guy that sees him as a younger sibling. *********************idk what i feel regarding the whole cast of character's - just hope the vibe gets lighter & doesn't turn more violent & tragic.

when the show is so good, it doesn't start it is already ending & here we 12 ep's from the end - which somehow doesn't seem like much ugh. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************will start from the ending - like WTF was that get together, this farce... why put on a show?!? Guo hates Wang Shuo cause his lie broke-up his close friendship with Chi Cheng & finally after all this time, they r all together - why not come clean & hold Wang Shuo accountable. ********************************************************************************************************************& on Chi Cheng's part, he can't stand either - why sit around getting blink drunk?!? if they were 3 old friends getting together after yrs, this set-up would make sense, but given the animosity - this was ridiculous. *********************************************but good on Wu Suo Wei for not evading the issue of Wang Shuo being back & telling Chi Cheng to deal with him & face his demon's, but am sure he didn't think these 3 would meet up to drink like fishes & throw passive aggressive barbs at each other. but doubt Wang Shuo back just to rock the boat - will have to wait & see what he is up too - just hope Wu Suo Wei sufferers as a result. ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************regarding the doctor i find it incomprehensible that he is referring to Meng Tao as his bf or ex-bf. the dude was a predator that groomed & took advantage of him. so even after all this time Xiao Shuai still referring to him as an ex-bf is disconcerting to me. he has enough time to realize the truth.... & he should be really thankful to Guo from being his knight in shining armor, that got justice for him (finally after all this time). Guo is such a green flag & he deserve more from Xiao Shuai then he is getting - sorry not sorry - but considering all the work he has put in, just agreeing to go eat with him - doesn't come close to giving as u get IMO. Xiao Shuai needs to up his game & stop playing coy - here he had no problem manipulating a virgin into someone really dangerous bed just to say his own ass. so no i don't think i am being unfair when i say that Xiao Shuai needs to man-up in regards to Guo.

poor Wu Suo Wei, i laughed too much at his expense in this ep, his 1st time & Chi Cheng finally got a hold of him & wouldn't get off... quite literally LOL. poor baby couldn't walk straight OMG but i love this character & the actor - *****************************& sorry not sorry Xiao Shuai got forgiven too quick in my books, Wu Suo Wei is wrong he would've have behaved the same in his "masters" place, cause he didn't - when a few ep's back Guo threatened going to Chi Cheng telling him about Wu Suo Wei & YueYue being ex's, let alone all the planning done with Xiao Shuai, Guo offered Wu Suo Wei that he would keep quite as long as he helped him with Xiao Shuai. & what did Wu Suo Wei do, he was ready to give up on his revenge, just not sell out his "master". so no they NOT the same. ************************************************************************************************************& another unpopular thought, but Xiao Shuai (who is unworthy of a friend like Wu Suo Wei) is also unworthy of a future bf like Guo. especially when u seen that even under the influence of an aphrodisiac, the sec Guo realized that Xiao Shuai was thinking of his ex, who had hurt him - he stopped! not wanting to add to his trauma. ********************************************************btw this the 2nd time Wu Suo Wei found the courage to confess all to Chi Cheng & Chi Cheng stopped him from speaking. aish i am now very worried when this secret will come out & will it be when Chi Cheng's famous ex is back in the picture...ugh

am glad we saw all the co-workers happy at the end.. now that Hiro has resigned (finally) they wont have much to smile about. but at least Kai's ultimatum made Hiro realize what is important in life. this was short but also bitter sweet. *********************there was so much meat that the romance felt more like a side story. not complaining - it was still very good & well acted. will add this to my rewatch list.

if not for himself at least Hiro stood-up for his subordinate. wish he would stop bowing & just quit. i get it's easier said then done & it's not easy to find a new job etc... but living as he does isn't really living - it more hell. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Kai is just breaking my heart i don't get the old man, like i get that he has only one son who is now going to support him & as he is old & sick he needs to lean on family. but Kai was his only family for how long? yeah he also gave to Kai but idk it feels like Kai is being abandoned all over again
