u have to really like/enjoy action, and not mind violence - this was over the top for me. first off that brother, what cause he is ur big brother, u just follow blindly?!? and when u get its gambling, u stay?!? that was kinda asking for it. what i really disliked was the bad-guys then beating the sh*t out of both brothers, like weren't y'all doing the same thing?!? heck y'all worse, as they had two people working the board. yeah i know i'm the weirdo that is looking for logic and fairness from "bad-guys" but there u have it.

stumbled upon this as saw a new update here for "The Divine Move 2: The Wrathful", and as also watching "Mystery Queen" with Kwon Sang Woo was gonna check it out (as total enjoying him), but as the movie was the sequel though better start from the beginning. not that i know what to expect even after watching this.

Jung Woo Sung is hot and saw somewhere a comment that he looks like Tom Cruise - like Noooo he way hotter. but beside looking good - he a great actor. even though this isn't my cup-of-tea. it wasn't boring.

but wondering why Tae Seok chose to befriend Navel, cause she the only female in this movie of legal age (that he could get down and dirty with?) cause she was with the bad-guys and she was the one that brought them down?!? the fact that she wasn't down with the others beating them doesn't make her blameless... of course u can say she was forced into working for Sal Soo... donno that just felt like filler, so we would have a romantic moment. which wasn't needed.

the other point that bothered me was his not taking his nephew with him, as he was living with the grandmother - and she didn't seem kind and cozy plus her threat, so he wont play the game that destroyed her family - painted a bleak pic of this kids life (maybe i'm reaching) but if he already got a kid, he needs to look after why not two... ah whatever...

this was the freaking bomb!! freaking roller coaster seeing each turn and twist this story took - loved it!!
i so get Hwa-Yun she didn't want any of it, and she is the one that survived, pretty awesome. love strong female characters, and as much as the men r dangerous and manipulate, u just don't f*ck with women. pretty bad-ass.

period pieces r intriguing as is, but the complexity and how freaking hard everyone had it just adds that extra bit of kick to any story. add the love story and how that ended, sprinkle in unrequited love and on and on with everyone adding their own personal agenda to the plot, and how can u not love it?!?

...and anyone going on about "boo hoo why did she have to kill King Seong Won, cause he was really infatuated/in-love/lust with her. and she could've lived happily ever after..." - be dreaming. given the court-politics and backstabbing going on, sooner rather than later she and more importantly her son, would lose their lives. the fact that the King wanted/loved her didn't mean sh*t - she was still his sister-in-law and with no real power. pretty sure he couldn't make her his queen, one which he already had...
and unlike his mother, who may have started her plot with the objective of securing the crown and safety for her son, once she poisoned her, Step-son the reigning King - she got power hungry.
what Hwa-yun did was so she could survive and safeguarded her son, guess that's why she has a terrified look on her face at the end, cause now that she achieved monetary safety... wtf now is waiting around the corner - was what the look on her face "said".

phenomenal acting, and story - wholeheartedly recommend.

Tae-sung being related already takes him out of the running of being a possible love interest... regardless of his feeling they r blood related and this would be very weird, if they would've ended up together. him being such a tragic character was freaking depressing...

But the major fact is i don't get why they r so infatuated with her. it's not that i'm saying - she ugly, but in order to be thunder-struck the sec u see someone, there should be something special about them, and she is just another girl. what's more, the more we get into the movie the stupider she gets (sorry, but that is a fact) that so called friend calling her - just to show her that she is now dating the guy she had a crush on. that not enough to wake u up to the fact that she aint ur friend? u keep taking her calls and meeting up with her? why?!? unless u love being stepped on ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
then there is that encounter with the bo girl, after understanding she was set up by their "friend" she stands there getting beat, saying she won't forgive them and crying. that not Stupid?!? not to mention that scene in the field where u got cops after ur ass and she standing the bawling her eyes out...

i hate female leads that don't have a backbone, don't need to be kick-ass, but u have to show growth and have to stop being a pushover... otherwise what's there to root for? meeh

i'm the odd one out ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

maybe i'm the only jaded one here, but this wasn't all that.... not talking about the acting - it was good. the story was meh.... so a player wants and has a one night stand, then decided he wants more... this a grand love story?!?? ok....

from the start he is like a bee hopping from flower to flower, does not mean - a bad guy - he is looking to enjoy the moment, and as everyone involved is an adult - this is legitimate. even with her he was straight up, no playing around the bush. she changed her mind not cause she fell in-love, but because she was unhappy in her current relationship.

her talking to her friends was a front, anyone with eyes could see that. why she have to apologize?? she didnt know he was eavesdropping. he on the other hand was very chuffed, when she said the sex was good, but when she said she wouldn't contact him cause it wasn't memorable, and it was just a one night stand, he got butthurt - why? his fragile ego got hurt?? she was kind stating a fact. no?!? when he says it - all's good?? but when it is thrown back in his face - not so nice to hear = be on the receiving end. makes u wonder how all his other female partners felt, when they wanted more - nope????
but cause he got hurt, he waited for her, and asked her to be his f*ck-buddy, i.e. purposely insulted her, which pissed her off. logically she told him off - she have to apologize, why? cause he left her a note?!? and who's to say that they r gonna have a happily ever after? maybe as he isn't into relationships they may last a week, a month or a year...

so the note and the end, were mehhh... writers "tying a pretty bow on it" so it can be sold as a romance. in "drama land" everything goes, and loads of viewers (going by the comments here) r gobbling it up, so whatever...

talk about a mind-f*ck. first off what kind of wrapped play did that Won-ho dude, write?!? one freaky weirdo mind he's got. and Hee-won, why do females put up with this kind of sh*t, as she said - this wasn't the first time, why she surprised that his counterpart being male would stop him?!?
as is actors need to be gender-fluid, especially if they want to do all kinds of roles to get awards and be recognized as "great". they can't be uptight about roles. so the title and the acting was apt.

i think Yeong-woo's character was indeed in love, maybe he's bi or even if he was straight, i think the turning point was at the start where Jae-ha forced him to get into the role by physically pulling him out of his chair and then acting out the scene with him, his tears were real.
i think cause of the accident or maybe the life of an idol was getting old, he was apathetic to it all. but when Jae-ha took a hold of him physically, that was the start for him, from there on everything he did was not only to get close but to tease and awaken the same attraction in Jae-ha.
in the play - his acting as if he had really acted out the plays storyline on Jae-ha and his gf, was to punish Jae-ha for denying his feeling and acting as if his confession and the time they spent together affirming their love, was only acting. this was sad but also showed a side of acting that most know about, but gloss over. this was well acted and an interesting watch -

this was good, i'm not into action movies but this was a thriller and the action (what there was of it) was short and to the point, not endless shots of people turning into punching bags. and no gory scenes...

i didn't like the detective, he wasn't a "good guy" others might say that the "end justifies the means" but not for me. i hate it when in crime dramas or movies the police r allowed to "get away with murder" just so they can get the bad-guy at the end. and everyone's so focused on the ending. that they ignore all the bloodied innocents that had to go through hell to prove their innocence. here the first girl that is murdered is "on" the cop/detective. what, cause she is already a junky she is expendable?!?
his conscious was acting up, so he just shifted the blame onto Mr. Lee - but he was the one who put her in danger.
same with the whole movie. Rak also was an innocent (at the time he was an innocent to the cops) injured and orphaned at that, and all Won-ho could see was how he could use him to catch Mr. Lee. So what is the difference between the good and the bad?!?

i for one don't care for an ending where Rak didn't survive, not cause i think he was trying to redeem himself or turn over a new leaf - and now be a good guy. maybe he was just laying low and would regroup the sec everything died down. he didn't kill Brian after all and scared the sh*t out of him - tortured him into happily taking the blame and saying he was Mr. Lee.
but cause there was no justification for the Won-ho to come seeking justice as he was no longer a cop, but just an average citizen with a grudge - u can't even call him a vigilante - as he wasn't any better then Rak.

btw i don't get why people r having a hard time getting that Rak was Mr. Lee - even after his conversation with Brian (1:39:40) before him getting tortured.

unlike most movies about cheaters (i've seen) got a different perspective here - the aftermath and how the cheated-on spouses have to literally pick-up-the-pieces, those two idiots left behind. including themselves.
because of who we were "dealing" with - from the get go, was rooting for them to get it on lol, ironically - very childish (cause revenge f*cking is idiotic, u just leave people who cheat on u, trying to get back isn't worth the trouble). but as i kinda read how sh*t was gonna go down (in the description), was rooting for them to get their "revenge".

this could've been very intense and angry, especially given how for both of them, it was out of the blue - they were blind-sided with the fact that their spouses were cheaters, and given the fact that they both (the cheaters) knew each other in college - when this sordid affair started and how long it was going on behind their backs, was anyone's guess.
add to the sh*t pile that they had to now be their caretakers, physically take care of them, put their anger, frustration, betrayal on a back burner - cause what else could they do??. talk about a frustrating situation (me - would leg it. as would worry that i would unplug or try to smother the f*cker in a fit of rage/anger. but that's me).
but both of them turn out to be freaking saints, they manage to put their anger and affront to the side and care for those pieces of crap.

even their relationship - was more kindred-spirits coming together (even though they spoke of sleeping-together as means of getting "back"). not only do they share "being-cheated-on" but that they now had to nurse their comatose spouses. that isn't easy for people in normal loving relationships (that takes a toll) when their loved one r comatose or worst.
so their getting together and then it evolving to something sexual - was not revenger, but two people leaning on each other. it was ironically a love story.

the ending was left open, which i didn't get. read in comments that he left his wife. where/ i must have lost something in translation. same as them both smiling at the springtime snow storm, meaning them coming together. wishful thinking??

usually the ones that r cheated on, especially the docile type tend to forgive and try again. so the pessimist in me doesn't know which way this is gonna go. but enjoyed this - well written and acted.

this was depressing

reading the description u don't really get the magnitude of the plot - watching this, i straight off thought about the movie The Resident (2011) with Hilary Swank and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. as there also Hilary's character is drudged and raped by her landlord - and it turns pretty fast into a psychological, horror movie.

so kinda got what this was gonna be - considering Franco isn't a maintenance man - he was a rent-boy that was fixated on Brent, so much so he found out where he was living and started stalking him - that's not as mildly put or heck even romantically up in the description. and when luck had it - a maintenance man's position opened in Brent's building, so of course Franco jump's at the chance to be "close" to his idol.
add to the mix his best friend Tiger who also works as a rent-boy, but has now found a new way of making a living without "working his ass off" by drugging his client's and robbing them - and as things logical follow Franco isn't satisfied by just watching Brent from a far - not when he got this new handy drug at hand, and u can only image how things "go down" - to say this was surreal and scary - yup

there is also a lot of nudedity - as in U See Everything and there r erotic(?) bedroom scenes, so if that's bothers u might as well skip - if the description in my review hasn't turned u off XD LOL

this is a sad film on many counts, the fact that these boys have to sell their bodies - who knows from what age and how badly they r treated, let alone how this messes with their heads. cause i don't believe anyone normal - well leading a normal life, would get up to the things Franco did (even though saying this, i know that sometimes even from "normal" f*cked up sh*t can arise...) and yet his actions were a desperate need to be with the one he loved. i don't think it was just about the sex. even though he kinda turned his "crush" into a sex-doll.. long story short, this was all kind's of messed-up and there aint no happy ending for anyone in this movie -

total fan-service

this was a lengthy commercial more then a short movie - the plot was explained in the description - if u saw this without reading it, u would be wondering what's going on (well at the start). as the Ghost didn't seemed apparition like, he could touch and seemed real - so what was ghost like about him? other then Singto's reaction?

yeah Krist was having a ball and he was enjoying his role - where he was the assertive, playful one as opposed to his role in Sotus, and Singto was more subdued. it was cute and fun - wasn't a boring moment - and as the leads have great chemistry and know how to act, it was a fun watch - but to give it 10 stars, is a bit of a reach - as much as i love the couple - nah. sorry.

get the point of this drama was to educate people, about being prejudice towards other people or issues without really knowing what's involved - let along judging and condemning them - but this is where things fall short - lack of information or the conclusions people jump too, can be cleared up - but why not talk about how not to do whack sh*t to begin with? and for sure everyone needs to get that actions have consequences - its not about freakin Stigma, but logic!

we have Lei the main character who is by far the best of the bunch, not cause he is flawless - but cause he is a caring, loving, big hearted, individual that is capable off putting his friends before himself. even when he has a load of personal sh*t to deal with... yet he can be selfless and considerate, just cause they r his friends and they need him at that sec. not a lot of people r capable of that. so yeah great guy - but for a person who can't keep going on and on, about the lack of privacy and how fans and the public at large, tend to butt-into his personal affairs - not respecting his privacy - this whole drama starts off with our main lead airing pretty personal sh*t about his 3 best friends, (and himself) on his Vlog - talk about hypocrisy !? this whole plot line is one big contradiction -

all of the friends and their problems, r things they caused with their own hands - actions and now they have to deal with the consequence's - as u do in life. but we r getting lectured not to judge - Harry is a tease and a conman that gets money out of gay guys while flirting with them online, or meeting up and allowing them to pleasure him - where and if he draws a line, is unknown. Kian is in need of money and loves sex, so presto why not offer his service's as an escort, as u do - pleasure and income all in one - the fact that sexual workers r treated like garbage - is news to whom? that they get abused and used, news to whom? u need to work in the industry to know how vile it is?!??? so that's what happens, only "cherry on top" he gets infected with HIV - and last we got Nick (who have to say, still don't get what his beef with his dad was) but he an addict - so these 3 guys walking on the road of life, see an open pothole, kept walking on and now that they r deep in sh*t - they r astounded that they can't levitate???

i personally don't get the point of this drama - u can't stop people from coming to conclusions or wagging their tongues - but if this drama was about finding out who ur true friend was, and that they would be there in a time of need and stand-by-u no matter what, then yeah great cause they all had each other, or basically they all had Lei. i won't re-watch this or a second season - well maybe if i'm hella bored - they didn't enlighten me in anyway - it was whatever...

well this was a really disappointment - but i think given the plot what did i except?!? a miracle maybe - yeah that's what i hopped would happen, that the writer was a magician who would "pull a freakin unicorn out of their hat" so it fell short or was predictable, as i was the moron who expected miracles...

first off if u got a plot where the bf is double timing with siblings, do u except a good ending? so my first paragraph makes sense?!? cause that's basically the plot - and yet we get a good ending - so calling B.S. - cause Nah! and thats also why even though i was watching the last episode i just stopped cause i couldn't sit there and keep watching total crap -

yeah its also about self-discovery and acceptance... but also of being messed-up and coming to wrong conclusions - not to mention being so self involved, u don't consider or care for others feeling u r so involved in ur own. and there really isn't any redeemable qualities to the mains.
so the brother choses escapism, instead of manning up and enduring the punishment and anger he deserves, the other moron choose to burn the bridge and everything else around, cause he has final realized who he is and he can't "go down" alone - so everyone must suffer as much as he is - why? no rime or reason - sorry this was a load of crock!
everything was just off - there was no common sense used, no logic between action and reaction... so this is a just NOPE

side note - yeah the actor playing Barry is HOT - but i really didn't why "they" had to objectify him so much, it was getting gross -

first off as someone who has watched the drama - u Don't need to watch that in-order to "get" this, u can treat it as a stand alone, and any info taken from the drama is more or less explained. the movie was fun and great as a one off, but i can't agree with the hype - it's anticlimactic -

So Jin was turned into a minor character, and Jin Hee was the MC here - which is mindboggling as she didn't carry shit in the drama - but that's the problem with viewing the drama - i am among the few that wasn't blown-away by it, it had its good points but Jin Hee was not one of them. so if i had known this whole movie was gonna revolve around Jin Hee - think i might have passed...

the only scene that was freakin cool was the taxi scene in the tunnel - that took me back to Train to Busan, the dead having one objective and that's getting their target - so loved how that whole scene played out, that was cool - but everything else was meeh, load of clichés... sad considering the "evil" shaman was justified in bringing down the wrath of god on the asses of those money hungry pharmaceutical company executives - so So Jin's intervention was unwarranted (IMHO) and yeah i get its so the innocents (cops) that got hurt and were suffering's would recuperate. but it felt counterproductive - idk

again - a fun one off. and got to see So Jin smile at Seong Jun, took her a whole drama and a movie to be able too lol, heck of an achievement considering he a really good person - totally selfless and giving. but So Jin had her own baggage in the drama so it was understandable - but that's another story...

even though this is tagged, comedy and yeah its funny- but its weird funny and the exaggeration is fun when it breaks up a really monotone scene, or its unexpected. but there r character's that r just "out there" and then their ability to be funny falls short and turns annoying. like props to the guy that plays Miss Becky (as took me a sec to even "get" that it was a dude playing a woman, just felt she was a bit off - but thought more, she a weirdo not a man in drag) but dude was having too much fun, and it got tedious watching this moron prance around supposedly cleaning the house, heck Cinderella never twirled around as much as Miss Becky - it was bordering or ludicrous. so much so that i just skipped scenes with her.

and if that wasn't enough the product placement is ridiculous - like i get it's every drama's "bread and butter" - but here we had Ken, Sky's brother who only existed so he could promote sh*t on his "youtube channel" and he and everyone else found even more opportunities to plug more sh*t - so yeah another character that i just fast-forwarded..

the reason a lot of viewer's r going a bit bonkers about this drama, or this couple (i think) is because of the "chemistry" between the leads - and they certainly had no hang-ups, about being two guys in intimate situations. it was hot and looked natural - so much so everyone was Sure they a real life couple - cause there's no way they could perform the way they did (endless kissing scenes, let along total erotic make out sessions) without be really being into it or each other - and considering the other BL couples, an how they usually balk instead of commit to a kiss, this was hmmm "refreshing" XD...
but i noticed both actors were mirroring each other, so i think they just choreographed the hell out of those scenes - just like a dance or fight scene - which is logical, and little wonder everyone had steam coming out of their ears and other orifices XD...

all in all this was good and fun (heck lasted until episode 12) and there were great character's that added to the plot but when the ending is basically a copout - where everyone needs to play Jesus, cause that's the right thing to do and a person that wasn't just bad, but down right evil and a very unstable mentally basically got away with murder cause.. well i didn't get the logic - just lost the will to keep watching for even a sec more - this was a disappointment..

WTAF (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

this is the type of movie where after watching - i wanna hurt everyone involved in making it - like WTAF!!! i was so delighted when i noticed "baby" Saitoh Takumi at first as Noeru, but pretty fast this train goes wayyy of the tracks - dives straight into whacko territory...
like Noeru been a promiscuous teen - in the description its watered down "...Noeru decides to hit on Taishin..." hit my ass, he just assaults him, and gives him a BJ in the restroom - like hello?!? and here Taishin keeps telling Noeru he too young to drink - ugh what a joke. plus this made in 2006 not 1996 where Aids was a "new" disease and people thought it was made-up propaganda. so seeing Noeru getting "used" by any tom, dick and harry was nauseating to say the least, and his supposed reason was anticlimactic - and i guess everyone can react differently to any given situation, and he an extreme personality, so he went over-board. but where the parents at?

even Taishin that was kinda normal, was off - like when Chidori the psycho just rushed into his flat looking for Noeru - that wasn't a sane moment - and Taishin as an adult should've known something was very off with this kid. being that obsessive about his friend after telling Taishin that he loved Noeru . anyone else would've seeked out Noeru to touch base and make sure he was ok, let alone inform him that his bff was nuts. Taishin just ignored the whole situation as if nothing happened and only when he saw the add (in the papers) about Noeru being brutally attacked, did he go look for him - like WTF was wrong with these people - its like warning signals r going off and they deaf, dumb and blind...

so everything that happens after isn't shocking, but u start with Taishin and Noeru on the train, blood smudged fingers intertwined and after everything that happens, my head went every which way, as to what could've happened but the reality of Taishin taking Noeru's dead body to the sea, cause that was his wish with his childhood bud Ken - so Taishin could then walk into the sea together and i'm like f*ck u very much - but this a crap ending - this love?!? plz - so Chidori got off scot free? or his punishment is his guilt - like plz with this poetic b.s that amounts to nothing -

i'm sorry i watched this as this was crap, a lot of quote's about love, friendship etc that want to give this movie gravitas that it lacks in spades , basically this amounted to shit all - plz

this was adorable - well the ending was & hilarious to boot. ironic, as quarter way through, was contemplating stopping, cause of the snail-paced start (talk about slow-burn ugh). add to that, the "look" which puts this somewhere in the earlier 90's with the dated acting skills (was shocked when Keigo tells Tadashi "...they in the 21st century, so u say gay not homo...") & the disjointed plot - was totally disinterested in what was going on.

but then Keigo comes on screen & the dude is such a mood the life of the party (quite literally) he's funny & shameless. hard not to love him, so totally got how Tadashi instantly warmed up to him. when, while reading the description, thought the ones he would warm-up to & confide in, let alone seek advice from would be Hiroki & Sinji.
this was 3 different stories intertwined in each other & it was good that each was wrapped up with a positive conclusion.
but i feel like the plot didn't flow in bits (maybe cause of this, still don't feel elated after watching). Yes the ending was a hoot & loved that Keigo got his dream wedding. that was fun & funny - a Very positive ending that leaves a smile in ur heart, not just ur face.

BUT this far from perfect & it's a shame, feels rushed or lacks polishing ... so more a miss then a hit - but fine for a 1 off
