Why why why pairing Yu Sin/Lee Ju Won with the unpairable Park Dong Ju/ Han Dong Ha and past Lee Tae Hyung/Kang…
What combination of drugs and alcohol are you on? lol Arrogant, incoherent dumbass is not a good look, despite what the voices in your addled head are currently telling you.
I highly recommend checking out Beyond Evil for SHK's incredible performance as well. The whole cast of BE is…
Thanks for the rec. I had BE on my plan to watch list for a long time, but over the six years I've been watching Asian films/series, I find myself taking on fewer and fewer dramas. So often, they feel like a powerful, two-hour film stretched out over 12/16/however many hours with lots of filler, and in the process made tedious. Plus, it takes a lot for me to commit that many hours of my life to anything not excellent.
However, on your word, I will give this a shot. What's there to lose? I'll know in two episodes if it's worth my time. :)
Among all the detritus, there is a nice go-go boy dance about halfway in. I suggest skipping ahead to that, then getting out. The "painter's" artwork is horrible, whether on canvas or skin. lol Two stars for the go-go boy.
what is with the constant mention of "western fujoshi" lol? haven't watched this show yet, but as a dude,…
Your confusion extends from your assertion that I'm "bitter," which is not the case. That descriptor is an unsubtle put-down meant to ascribe my opinions of western fujoshis and this show to over-emotionalism. lol Cuts zero ice with me.
Can you quote me where I suggested that "enjoying stupid fluff" is exclusive to fujoshis? No, you can't, because I didn't say that. Asserting that a show is a "perfect fantasy" for one distinct group in no way suggests that it is ONLY for them and no one else. Putting words in the mouths of other commenters, then responding to what you made up, is another common MDLer tactic.
"...representative of queer identities." lol And, of course, YOU are the arbiter of what constitutes a "queer identity," correct?
Finally, why would I respect people who enjoy watching "fluffy nonsense" and "stupid fluff?" Never mind. Rhetorical question. I can enjoy a well-made comedy/romcom/etc., but the key phrase is "well-made." Most BL "fluff" is garbage aimed at the lowest common denominator; people who watch at 2x speed while they're painting their toenails, checking IG, texting another fujoshi, and taking a dump.
Bless its little heart...this is terrible. Even the nude scenes can't save it because, although the actors' bodies are gorgeous, they, like the rest of the film, are shot in near-total darkness; thus you can't see a damn thing.
3/10 All three points are for the scenes in which you can make out enough to appreciate that the male actors have beautiful bodies.
We get articles about Korean stars deaths, but none for him. This surprised me.
Because Chinese media corporations, which are subservient to and operate in fear of, the authoritarian Chinese government, which does not like ANY publicity about anything that doesn't reflect beautifully upon the People's Chinese Republic, want only rainbows, unicorns, and cotton candy articles disseminated about their industry and performers. In response, MDL chooses to ignore inconvenient stories that might arouse suspicions, such as allegedly drunk actors "falling" out of windows. Best option: Don't cover the story at all.
If that doesn't answer your question, I can't help you. Don't be naive and don't be so quick to dismiss uncomfortable questions as "conspiracy theories." Every day, all over the world, lots of conspiracies of all kinds play out. Calling inconvenient questions "conspiracy theories" has become another form of shorthand for STFU.
The most hilarious and creepy af aspect of this regarding MDL is that this actor's bio page remains up, but makes NO mention of his death. The only indication you will find that he no longer exists on this plane is the use of the word "was" in place of "is" in the first sentence of his bio. lol I guess MDLers are too scared to edit the bio to include his "fall" and subsequent departure to become a "star in the sky" as Korean entertainment companies like to say of their entertainers who have killed themselves. :D
What's this bit about him allegedly being "cut open" to retrieve a usb drive? Not sure whether to recoil in horror or laugh out loud at that rumor. I've poked around on the Internet for verification but, of course, all is speculation and obfuscation. Anyone have the real dirt on this? Why would a usb drive be in the guy's abdomen?
Gotta love Asian celeb/entertainer rumors/controversies. Our celeb scandals here in the US are downright boring by comparison. :)

That is amazingly original. Did you come up with that on your own?
Please go touch ass.

As for the rest of your comment, enjoy the show!

I was confused throughout, but there are some nice vibes.
