There have been plenty of k-dramas I can think of with a morally grey and/or villainous cast of characters, old…
you are probably right. there are quite few on the list that i really enjoyed, and a few that i didnt at all. this latest fell into the latter category...just watching because not much offering this quarter.
after watching one episode, it seems they dont much care for story thi s time around..it is all to set up the showdown. a bit boring, especially compared to first season. and the exaggerations.
the writer makes the taebaek partners sound like amateurs instead of professionals. if she is partner material, she wouldnt be interviewing like some intern or soliciting business like some lady of the night , and do gyeong is only seocndary villain material if he is one at all, wonder if there is an overarching villain for the show
agree. it feels like the whole story so short they need to stretch it out. such a shame it has a nice plot but…
like war time ration, stretch it out to last longer. not for the first time, perhaps they paid through the nose for stellar cast, didnt leave enough to flesh out an initial good idea, so started throwing every conceivable plot at it...just waiting for a time travelling joseon shaman to arrive any day now.
what? guy has kj for wife but cheated with lsj? even on the base level not dwelling into emotional needs, does he have got some illness fetish or what?
is this still considered makjung but an imroved version, still throwing all the sure win topics at the show.
they convennetly left out counterterrorists units and snipers in order for story to move forward.
its good that rain gets to tag along and do something entertaining.
