There's a lot of focus on how Mr. Thee crosses Peach's boundaries. However, Peach does it himself when he takes off Mr. Thee's jacket and tie before going to the congee restaurant. Yes, he is trying to help M Thee, but he didn't get his consent. He clearly feels very uncomfortable.
