How cute is that. I am really surprised to find a Chinese BL drama, where they openly show affection for each other. Didn't expect that. So far a 8 from me.
Ep 1 was okay. The main characters' acting seemed to have improved since their last Bl drama. However the preview for the next episode looks cliché and boring. I will give it a chance.

Yes, You're right now I think about it. AlsoThai bls sometimes are not much better regarding consent. But there has become a larger focus on it. It's just horrible to romanticize rape all in all.
I have more and more respect for Xiang Liu. He understands true love and sacrifices. He is the truest friend and understands Xiao You to the fullest. He does so many selfless good deeds on her behalf.
I seriously think this show is underated. It has so many great qualities. Innovative plot, amazing actors, the scenography, colours and symbolic choices are so well put together. I've seen so many BLs already. I cannot remember the last time I enjoyed one this much. And not only for the cute guys and girls, but for their genuine hearts and efforts. Big congrats to the whole team. I've give them at least a 8,5 💕
