Overrated, as everything, is a subjective view. For me - yeah, 9.0 is a ridiculously high rating. Out of curiosity…

I was thinking the same! Chinese is doing way better in the historical dramas. set, costumes, hair dos....everything looks way more elegant. Korean do better in modern dramas.
