Xing Wu admitting to Qing Ye that he had “a beautiful incentive” to coming back to school was so cute. Things are going too well for them right now so I feel like something bad is happening soon. 😫
Bingo. We’ve got 2 3rd wheels in close proximity to get rid of and one long distance. I think we’re at the…
Right! Like .. I get that it’s a slow burn and that’s fine but we’re really not getting much progression with that right now either. There’s enough obstacles going on for them right now without three different third wheels involved.
I haven’t looked at the previews for tomorrow yet but I really hope they don’t drag the decision out another four episodes! We’re halfway now and if he hasn’t decided by the end of tomorrow’s episodes, I’m going to be even more worried about the pacing of the rest of the drama than I already am.
Not really feeling today’s episodes. Xing Wu’s decision on whether or not to go back to school is starting to drag on for too long and the whole disaster with the salon and the fall out from that just felt like a push to drag that decision out even longer. Kind of throw away episodes for me and honestly, the first time I’ve been bored watching so far.
I know that he obviously does end up going back but hopefully that’ll be soon so we can move on to the next plot point. Getting tired of the third wheels, too.
episode 10 was easily the most frustrating episode we’ve had so far. i need meng ruihang GONE 😑 really hope xing wu doesn’t actually try to convince qing ye to go with this guy.
the aunt’s reaction to qing ye coming back at the end of ep 6 annoyed me. like .. i can understand her being worried about money since the family isn’t in a good spot right now but after being so close with qing ye’s mother and what that family did for her when she needed it, you would think she’d be more willing to support qing ye when she has no where else to go rather than being upset about her coming back.
