I don't intend to see the dorama, but as a person who read the whole manga all I can say is: This story is twisted…
I'm up to episode 11. They rewrote some things and a big chunk of "pointless" stuff from the manga isn't in the show. The dorama is a more coherent story but still mostly faithful to the source material.
