The Dean reveal also didn’t seem major enough for everyone to have such a negative reaction. He wasn’t a prostitute from what I could tell so it seems alittle weird to me. Jack as a character is so meh, still have no idea who he really is. Overall Jack and dean just aren’t doing it for me as a couple.
Raffy and Rome are spicy but not much else maybe it’ll get deeper as we go along. I don’t think Raffy actually likes Jack it seems like he just wants to one up Dean. Maybe he is even subtletly attracted to Dean. That would be way more interesting than Raffy and Jack.
Just watched the finale. THK is still top JoongDunk. There really wasn’t anything exceptional or memorable about this series that would compel you to watch it if you weren’t already a JD fan. The nc scenes/kisses didn’t stand out, the acting was just ok, it wasn’t well written and the murder plot twist was unoriginal. So whats really left for the audience? JD fans will be happy with the easter eggs I guess. Gmmtv is going to have to come with something wayyyyyy better produced if they want to compete in the Netflix market. Sorry to say but this wasn’t a great representation of what is supposedly their first worldwide BL Netflix release.
I’m gonna address the elephant in the room that fans seem to want to ignore. This is not your choice. The artists know what they are looking for in a work partner, someone they are compatible with and comfortable with. Someone who shares similar goals and dreams. This is the BL industry, they’re going to be playing a shipped couple (sometimes doing intimate things on screen) for the next few years. Respect their choices and move on.

I almost forgot PerthSanta were in this show then they can back with a vengeance in this episode. They were amazing actors in their scenes. Always know how to bring that intensity to the screen.

The show hasn’t showcased his personality very well. Outside the show, he’s a cute bean and a natural flirt so I’m not surprised why he has a lot of options. They take up too much time with challenges and not enough time letting us see the different dynamics between people.

Agreed., I’m fine with the kiss considering the characters and situation. It was just edited weirdly with all those million different angles and you could clearly see that had to pause in place in order to get the same shot from different angles. I think some people focus too much on kiss scenes anyways. Not every kiss is supposed to be make out with tongues, and heck not every actor is a good kisser. Audiences have been enjoying this show just fine without kissing and they will continue to do so.
