Loved the first two episodes. They set it up perfectly and I already care about them, especially Lee Wan. That face and those doe eyes! They’re both well cast for their roles and they accomplished a lot in those short episodes. Looking forward to the next two.
Question: I just rewatched the series and other than Satang who clearly is a great guitarist, are the other actors actually playing their instruments? I’m curious if they chose actors who could already play or if they taught them to kind of fake it. A few times it looked like Por wasn’t really playing that keyboard.
omg i didnt listen the songs during the series but now i have the playlist and listen it everyday lol
It’s amazing how catchy and good they are. I especially have enjoyed getting to know Three Man Down’s other music. The City song is by them if you didn’t know which one I meant.
I’m not clear on who they all are to each other. Just childhood friends or are some relatives? What’s with that girl and her weird flirtatiousness? Park knows Tin likes him right? So him saying that to Tin is surprising and indicates he might have feelings for him. Still a little confused but it’s a kind of interesting slice of life view of this community.
Victorian virgin! LOL. Maybe they’ll really push the envelope and they’ll be vers. Wouldn’t that be mind…
And ideally show that some couples enjoy both and they their roles aren’t carved in stone. And then perhaps if we’re very lucky they’ll retire the “wifey” thing. It really annoys me.
So are there just no flashlights in Thailand in the 90’s? Lol, what’s with the candles? This seems silly and…
Though I will add that it’s just wrong that this got 12 episodes and Moonlight Chicken only got 8. I know it’s different production companies, but the BL gods were not fair on this.
So are there just no flashlights in Thailand in the 90’s? Lol, what’s with the candles? This seems silly and stupid in a good way. I’m not sure what I think of the Cooper and Marc pairing. But Marc is so cute, I’ll probably stick with it.
Ep 3-4 were better. Kim Jun Hyung is such a cutie! And a good actor, he's very natural.
He is totally natural and fun to watch. Unfortunately the other guy seems stiff compared to him. I know his character is supposed to be more reserved, but he doesn’t give much emotion at all.
The director seems to really like the “slip and fall” trope, lol. Kim Jun Hyung is adorable and very likeable. Won Do Hyun is loosening up which really needed to happen. I like them both, but I’m not feeling chemistry between them yet. Hope that improves.
I think the Enby person has the right to be referred to with the pronoun they feel comfortable using. I see what you mean about singular versus plural, but I think respecting what someone wants is more important. Language can be inadequate sometimes and “they” isn’t exactly right, but if that’s the word the person wants, I’ll use it. Pronouns put people in categories and if someone doesn’t fit nearly into one, our language has to adjust. At least that’s how I see it.
It's the chocolate. It's also probably to highlight the bit of sexual tension as Hira initiates sex for the first…
I never thought of it that way. I just thought he was swallowing because he’d eaten the chocolate, but doing it out of nervousness totally fits Hira. That makes complete sense.
I just saw a trailer for it and Save from Why u, why me is all over it, yet his character’s name isn’t even in the show description on MDL. I wonder why he got cast. I found him underwhelming in the show he was in. Maybe it was just a bed character or bad writing. I hope he’s better in this as he seems to be an ML even though it’s supposed to be two other guys as the MC.
First week without utsukare I'll take any content at this point. Just give me these two dumbasses staring at each…
I’ve already rewatched it twice. There’s nothing like it anywhere. Not with two such gloriously messed up characters who you want to be happy. We’re in a drought until the movie comes to us international fans.
As far as I know it’s typically non-binary people who use they/them. I think trans people would want the pronoun of their gender identity. Personally I feel that people can be what they feel they are. We already have pronouns, who cares if we add to them? I just try to respect where people are and not offend them if I can help it.
