My question for specific for Viki, not Youku app. I do not have Apple and from what I read you need an Apple phone to be able to pay for that subscription. Again, my question is for watching english subs on Viki since this is also being made available on Viki.

No, the main character is not a villain. Yes, there are shades of grey. I promise you won't regret watching this show. It is really good and I highly recommend you watch it.
