I’m saying that what happens between them is just platonic for now. There is nothing wrong with romance but HD is technically a 17 hichschooler & YJ isn’t. Even YJ knows to distinguish that between them.

It’s alright. 2521 is well received so far in SK & even international ratings. Lots of K celebrities and Western journalist are even talking about the show.

Im surprised that 2521 douban score is higher than MDL. It just shows that viewership in China is definitely tuning in for this show. An 8.6 is really high for tv standards in China. For a Korean show to be that high, that’s a good sign.

There was literally no romance happening? It’s just two people playing with water lol. Also, of course all their moments together is going to hint something but for now it is strictly platonic. Their friendship is the foundation to what will become love years later.

Don’t worry to much about MDL ratings. It’s not the precedent or marker for what’s good or what’s not. There are dramas that have high ratings that I honestly think are like 3’s lol. This drama already hit high marks in SK & worldwide along with our two leads TR & NJH✨✨✨
