it's whatever
The saving grace here is Jo Boah's character. The shows starts with her being the bad guy, and her character is in fact engaging. Jo Boah's portrayal of this, cutesey and malicious opportunist character was brilliantly executed. (I yawned less with her scenes!) It has a bit of slow burn in the middle but any romantic chem. vanishes immediately after the leads get togheter. It’s a cute, friendship(because the romance is not the strongest element here ) drama with horrible editing and repetitive dialoguesWas this review helpful to you?
Probably the best romance kdrama this year
I highly doubt I’ll be able to see a kdrama this much fun, very soon.Leads that actually deliver the chemistry fitted for these types of plots(hot and sexual tension), no dull, meaningless dialogues, side characters that don’t look like they’re forced and just there to fill the scenes but are charismatic. A romance office drama that’s both fun and has character depth, delivered with flawless acting. And in my humble opinion, it has one of the best kissing scenes in kdrama history. Yeah it has it's small flaws (not very significant) towards the ending. Sfl’s writing was a bit jarring, the writer suddenly turns her into this nonsensical character. BUT it’s overall the best office romance drama released this year.
My only issue is, how the writer baited me into believing that, we could anticipate 2 couples being formed in PM audit team 3.
Highly going to rewatch it in 3-4 yrs.

It starts good then...
I thought I’ve discovered a gem, but as the story progresses , it has this weird, unsettling, character development. They try to takle serious issues like work and family relaled harassment and abuse by brushing it off with "misunderstanding" , giving abusers a redemption arc. One of the girl's fear of menn which caused by abuse/trauma from childhood gets easily resolved (not by a therapist) but a male friend from the neighborhood? And later finds peace when her resentment towards her abuser comes to an end after he reveals some "misunderstanding" of his actions. I mean why include serious subjects if you want make light hearted slice of life drama? Truly an odd choice, also the house helper does not only help you with house chores but is also « a life coach» writer really tried to paint him into this perfection. This could’ve been a gem if the writer wasn’t confused and tone deaf.Was this review helpful to you?
Lacked something
I was looking forward to this only to end up forcing myself to finish 5 episodes of this. I love both lead actors, imagine my disappointment when they gave me zero romantic chemistry and unseasoned tension. Forget about the supporting characters (which were not memorable enough), not even the leads could spark any curiosity. ML is supposed to be this introverted, hard to read type but warmhearted and usually those characters should give, mysterious vibes and provoke interest to continue watching. But instead, Seo Inguk's character, gave us this boring, unflattering guy, (even made him look mid if not ugly). Wild, but he did it better on boyfriend in demand. Perhaps this role was too repetitive for him? Park jihyun’s character was no any better, boring with zero backbone and personality. I gave up on episode 5.Was this review helpful to you?
