Sun Jae’s dad is one of the most supportive dads in kdrama. Yes, he can be annoying sometimes when he likes to brag, but to him, Sun Jae’s happiness is what matters the most. Whichever path Sun Jae is taking, he’ll be the no 1 supporter of Sun Jae.

I read somewhere that the scene when Sun Jae was having a conversation with his dad in the restaurant after his swimming career is over, Sun Jae wasn’t supposed to cry, he was just supposed to listen to his dad, but BWS added the cry and it’s so perfect as that’s how high school senior teenager would cry and react when you lost something so precious in your life. BWS, what an actor you are.

I’ve been preaching this to a lot of my comments that people are entitled to their likings and opinions. What is not okay when people questioning someone’s taste and downgrading their taste calling people idiots, blind, teenager, idol fangirl simply just because they love this drama.

You can also try High School Return of a Gangster. So far it’s entertaining drama and I love the momentum, no dull moment at all for ep 1 & 2. This drama just started airing last Wednesday.

How’s everyone doing so far after ep 17 last night? Our Soljae are so cute with their life after marriage!!

Because I can’t watch romcom without comparing it to LR, I finished Boyhood and Begins Youth. Both dramas are heartbreaking and beautiful. I cried so much watching Begins Youth.

Do you realize that you’re also one of them? You’ve been attacking people here when some of their comments are just normal and some just posting how they love this drama. I’ve been on this page since ep 1 and most of the time, it was peaceful because people just discussing about the drama and there might be some negative comments about the story and FL, but we just replied our opinions. The toxic atmosphere happened when people who hate this drama just come here calling names to the fans and questioning people’s taste as if their taste is more superior and keep on saying that this drama doesn’t deserve 9.2. Some of the fans simply just defending themselves saying we love this drama overall, not because hot ML and no because thirst trap shirtless ML, but the people who hate this drama just keep on trolling here.

I also see that some negative comments are being ignored by the fans, but those who agree keep on provoking saying we will attack them. I don’t know what happened regarding the “death threat” accusation that I saw in some comments, but I think those behavior is also sick and we don’t know if that’s real or not because as a fan, I don’t think the level obsession towards this drama is to that level. But if you guys can give proof that there’s a fan who give death threat to non-fan, please let us know and we will also report them.

Are you having comprehension issue? I said if the user is not into it, maybe this drama is not for the user who commented it. You made it seem like my comment is attacking the OG comment when I particularly said to some people it gets better, to some others, it doesnt and everyone has their own personal taste. Did I disagree with the OG comment? He/she was asking if it gets better. As a person who loves this drama, I don’t have the answer for him/her because it’s to each of own’s liking.

For Sol’s bag to be unzipped during 2009 incident made so much sense because in 2008 timeline, Sol didn’t zip her bag properly and it was Sun Jae who helped her zip her bag in ep 2.

I think one of the reasons why this drama is loved by S.Koreans is this drama brings back the classic romcom kdrama vibe and this drama reminisced the era of 2008 and 2009.

2008 Olympics Game - this was a great year for SKorea for winning 13 gold medals. This drama showed the nation’s pride moment when the country won gold medal for men swimming, women weightlifting and baseball

Hallyu Wave 2.0 - the rising of kpop 2nd gen, Gee SNSD reference in ep 1, reference to Boys Over Flowers in ep 9 (the senior hair & Sol had BoF notebook in her drawer)

As a kdrama lover since 2007, I love these details shown in this drama to depict the era

I’ve been camping here because I can’t move on from this drama and some postings from fans bring me happiness on the clips, edits, interviews etc. but I can’t help but notice those who hate this drama always lurking and keep commenting here and it’s always the same accounts. Like are they okay? Normally if you don’t like something, you would just avoid it afterward and move on, but they’re trying to justify their hate and rating to the fans which I find it weird that they put time on something that they hate and they keep coming back. 😅 If it’s ongoing drama, I would understand it because they may have something to criticize on each week but this is a complete drama and most of them already left review and comment about this drama.

if you’re not into cute and fluffy romcom, maybe this drama is not for you. To some people, it gets better, to some others it gets boring, so it really depends on your taste.

Listening to I Think I Did by Kim Hyun Joong and I cried because I miss the feeling of watching ep 2 plot twist ending 😭 The song was perfect 😭
