I don’t like how Madam Yu and Lord Yu didn’t even get mad at their stupid son for his childish antics. Like he could’ve had a wise wife who would stand strong by his side but because of his stupid ego, he ruined someone’s reputation and made enemy for the family.

I know the wedding scene will happen soon based on the episode calendar, but I’m tired of waiting like come on, it’s clearly that they’re just like married couple. I want to hear people calling from Xie guniang to Zhao furen.

I understand that Zhao Ling wants to do it in the right way courting Ting Yun for marriage. Though Ting Yun has received her own household name following her mother’s family name Xie granted by Crown Prince back then, she’s still Ninth Lady of Fu, that’s why Zhao Ling wants to seek blessing from Fu family. But it’s so annoying!! Like they don’t deserve the respect.

I just hope they keep this pacing because so far I love it.
