It would be a GREAT change, more than appreciated. Some folks prefer great acting and engaging storytelling instead of purely relying on romance for views.

Yes, he's using more colors now. During the first season he mainly did sketches and used graphite and charcoal. Now he's using more oil and watercolors to draw not just the faces of the criminals and the victims, but their hearts.
