this is a fantastic first ep but... 1. "burnout" means you get fatigue from work. Gun is jobless? It should be poor people syndrome? 2. can we stop casting Gun as the incompetent, hapless boy? Doesn't Gun himself feel sick of playing such roles?
i really, really like ep 1 but as the series progresses, it gets more and more annoying. No hate to the actor playing watarai. I know he's trying his best, as he did in "I love you and you?" but Watarai is super annoying. The excessive concern on his face is so punchable. It comes across as stalkerish. If he were ugly, many things he did would be creepy and borderline assault. Ep 6 marks the time I drop the series. There are 35 BLs showing in a week and a 1990s plotline just doesn't cut it.
Than has the weakest resolve love interest of a red flag I have ever seen in BL. His heart defenses are weaker…
i don't even need 5-6 episodes of redemption arc. I just need 2, but Pheem's redemption arc is 1/2 an episode! They could have given him at least this and next episode to redeem himself.

The part at than’s place… pheem went to apologise at than’s room and than shut the door in pheem’s face. That’s so satisfying to watch. Don’t forgive him! He shot you!

u didn't read my comment properly. I didn't say the makeup artist in Ep 7. I say the makeup artist FOR the series did a good job to make the actor look like 2 different persons.

I am so glad Chiaki recognises him now! Chiaki didn't turn out to be that kind of stupid character that can't see things. (I love offgun but gun has been acting that kind of stupid character for their past 2 series.)
