writing got kinda convoluted but i still enjoyed the show. they could've shown muhee's trauma/anxious avoidant attachment even w/o this seemingly random morbid backstory abt her parents... also what was the point in her parents still being alive, and her not keeping in contact with hojin for that period? why was there some random redemption for the aunt and uncle?
I feel that this morbid murderous mom subplot could have been slightly better done idk the genre felt like it kept switching... but even without that, i feel they could have shown the course of the romantic trip show and messy lovelines well
Man Kim Seonho served PREMIUM yearning MY GOD THIS MAN'S EYES, HIS SMILE, HIS DIMPLES...... i was just cheesing hard every time he was on screen Younjung is just freaking goregous and cute
the sister plot was so useless after all cause why isn't it a bigger deal that your sister just left your mom and you with a ton of debt and doesn't talk to you, and in the end that doesn't even matter
cute ending sequence that would've been 10x more satisfying if the writing on this show was actually good. cramming all 100 plot resolutions into the last 2 episodes,,, i really have to laugh
eunjin and kiyong + their acting chops deserved way better than whatever this mess was. look, i'm all for cliche cheesy romcoms, but THEY HAVE TO BE DONE WELL!! its really not that hard!! the first two episodes were perfection, we could've led from that.... we went too many episodes without jiheyok knowing, from the trailer i really thought he would get to know much sooner. there should have been some progress to seonu/hayoung, instead they just made him some one dimensional insufferable jerk. villains had no depth, got defeated in half an episode, last episode was pure ridiculousness. why were they apart from a YEAR. so much time wasted on remembrance montages. the ost was really good, wasted on the mess of this show. im so frustrated becayse it could've been so good.....
what was even the point of seonu and hayoung? hayoung never really moves on, seonu never gets any character arc, they don't explore anything at all.... he's like the least charming character
the last episode was so goddamn ridiculous i couldn't believe my eyes.... WHAT A WASTE!! WHAT THE HELL WERE THE WRITERS SMOKING!! i swear to god there's been SO many dramas this year that start off strong with a great concept and casting only to end up as absolute trash, lile they switched the writers and directors halfway

leaving only 4 epsiodes for them to get together is a travesty man what the hell, bring back 16 episode dramas where couple would get tgt by ep 8-9, and even if they had a breakup arc for an episode or two there would be plenty of time for good ending fluff
