Yes, I also agree that it was not a good time for that conversation. If this was any other show, I would also say peak was self-centered to have done that in that time. But I think the writer included this scene here because they wanted hom to have somebody with her during that tough time. I think the point was to show that peak will be there beside her in the tough time like cake is with ewe. This is purely my observation. I think it depends on individual people what they want in these types of situation. Some wants to be alone, some wants to be with family, some want somebody else with whom they can share everything without being a burden to the family. This is what understood for including that scene. But I also agree that I hope they would include the scene earlier or in the last episode. It ruined the overall effect of that episode. And I'm so sorry you had to go through such a situation.
This is one of the best-written shows I've ever watched. I never liked the soulmate concept or friends-to-lovers idea before. But watching this, I'm convinced that they are meant to be together. Are they perfect? no. But they are enough for each other. I love how there is almost no drama in the entire show. And nothing really changed between them after being official. I especially liked the fact that though ewe was regretting the fact that he wasn't there with his mom, but he never blamed cake. I love how all the characters are so mature. And I really didn't like hom with that dude, but I think he has earned a chance after waiting so long. He understood that what he did in past was wrong. He didn't demand anything, just let her know that his feelings haven't changed. And when ewe's mom said that she knew about him, and told cake to take care of ewe, I cried. This show feels like a warm hug. This is gonna be a comfort show for me. I don't want to see the last episode, I'm not ready to say goodbye.
Those guys did one of the best anima-turns-human acting. I could tell only by looking at them what they were, what they were doing. And it kind of makes sense that Jung woo will be with choco, he needs someone who will shower him with love. On the other hand, it seems the bar owner has a long-term crush on Jung-woo, but he will adopt milk soon! Milk is weary of him as he is a new human , but he will warm up to him in time. I love how I understood all these just by watching it once. Looking forward to watching new episodes!
For now, I am impressed because kevin did not misunderstand pluem and gave him a chance to talk. They both behaved so maturely. Though I am kinda pissed about how pluem left kevin at a place full of ghost, I understand how he felt. I just wish he would talk to him, tell him to give him some time instead of storming off. From the preview, it is shown that kevin put two and two together. I am really happy with how they are portraying their character. Maybe because it is only 8 ep and not much time for fight, I love mature characters. Hope they don't do anything drastic in the end.
Plot holes... how did On Jo's dad escape from that horde of zombies back in episode 4 when helping the assembly…
They said that on-jo was not that good at studying and nam ra is the class topper, even the one who came second hated her. And apart from su hyok nobody said they liked her because they thought she was thought others as beneath her. Others said the reason was that su hyok liked her, but nobody knew he liked nam ra before all this. I don't think he ever told anyone as well, otherwise on-jo wouldn't confess to him like that.

KP is morally gray, because we know vegas-pete should not be together. In the real world would we want somebody be with their rapist? But as we know they are fictional, we ship them. Toxic is when we think something as normal that should not be. Like in this one if we saw that his ex waa evil, trying to break shin and minato up then that would be real, because that really happens in real life. That would make the ex toxic as she would purposefully try to do something that is not healthy for anyone.
I don’t think people still understand the difference between toxicity and morally gray. And I think most people won't get me. Everyone is entitled to theie opinion, as I am to mine. I don’t usually comment on things I watch, so I don’t know how different kind of people watch them. I just want to say, every show has a target audience. It is the audience who chose the show according to their choice . Otherwise every person would have the same favourite movie or drama. So you should find a show that suits your taste. No need to discourage others to watch something just because you didn’t like it. I guess I said way too much. I don’t really talk about this with much people, so my opinion may be biased. "We" as in most people (!) And I like morally gray characters be it male or female. But I don’t like how they portray females as villain in many bl. Like, she doesn’t have to be evil for him to not end up with him. She can be a normal person.
And morally gray and toxic are two different things. I understand some would be bored without them, your choice. But I like to see some positive in the things I watch. Lately people are also gravitating towards non-toxic shows. And if only toxicity makes it fun for you, I don’t think you should watch shows like this. Again, I am not berating you or anything. Just saying that everything doesn’t have to be toxic for us to enjoy. Sometimes boring is good.

I think most people are confused about the tun/puen part. I also thought it was puen when talay(in tess's body) saw tun for the first time. but tun became puen in the one month gap, also we didn't see the accident to clarify it. That's why people are confused who is tun and who is puen.
