The amount of time I choked up watching episode 5 shocked me. The way each and every character are so flawed, this is such a brilliant story writing. This episode answered all of our questions about why they kept dong-man around, and him finally breaking free from this toxic friend circle. Geong-Se and that one with suit would be the only ones to stay friends with him. Geong-Se used him, and has always felt guilty. Others didn’t feel anything badmouthing him. Eun-a's ex is a piece of shit, he will get his punishment.
North-U carried the series. U had the best redemption ark. Without them Tim-Pai wouldn't survive. A rare case where side couple outshined the main one.
Qin's love language is physical touch and word of affirmation. Duang loves to spoil the person he loves. That's why they both suit each other so much. Any other combination wouldn’t work.

I can say on behalf of them. I dnf'ed it after the 1st episode. But during ep 5 I saw the comments and decided to gave it another chance and here we are 🤭
Yu-North is salvageable, Tim-Pai isn’t. He saw how Pai reacted to Yu-North marriage , and he even accepts that he is in love with him. Then he should have come clean like Yu. Pai isn’t soft like North, he would take time but maybe would forgive Tim in the long run. But now it’s over. If the writer+ director show a happy ending of this couple, I would say bullshit. I feel Tim would save Pai / anyone important to Pai. Also, Kuea is sus. He may try to harm Pai, Tim would save the day. But, I don’t want this couple together.
The only BL which can pull-off this trope are I Will Knock You, Secret Crush on You and this one. I was skeptical about this, but last 2 episodes won me over. Also reminded me of My Beautiful Man, one of the OG of this trope.

Yes. And I have a feeling the 2nd ML is shady. How does he know everything about the FL and woo-joo? He said he heard from her friend, but she didn’t even know ML had moved out. How would she know about the play in the daycare? I feel in preview we saw woo-ju get lost, the 2ML took him.
I don’t think I'm in the minority when I say I don’t want the main leads together. The FL suits better with her first love. She and ML should co-parent Woo-Joo. Because she didn’t miss him, she missed what he did for her. And during the interview part, she was openly flirting with both the leads. I feel like the writers are purposefully trying to show that the one who works outside and who works from home/ stay at home parents are different regardless of their gender. We are bashing the FL, but in real life this is what happens. This is how affairs start (though FL ML weren’t dating yet).
This show misled us. This is a story of Hynjin and her first love getting together. Taehyung is here only as a side character. Even woo ju is a side character.
10/ 10 This is how you keep a story simple but engaging. I loved it specially cause they didn't know eachother from before. They actually fell in love before our eyes. 4 episode satisfied us more than most 12 episode dramas. Really waiting for full series of SurfJava. Love them !!!
