I agree. At this point, it's hard to see a S3 coming with all that's happened in this happened. Very few loose ends to address to extend another season.

I really like how the women in this series are very straightforward. Minha in asking the right questions to determine their status and Songhwa in confessing and asking IkJun whether they can start a relationship.

That cameo was unexpected!

Our Jehak is crying in the final episode. I am so scared for him and his pregnant wife. I hope everything turns out well for them.

Jo Jung Suk is one of the best kissers in kdrama.

I literally covered my mouth and internally screamed because I was watching it at work. GHHHAADD!

The highlight of this episode is the sailing of our ships but U-ju's scene made me cry and also the mother who struggled birth. So many emotions in this episode. Truly a roller coaster ride!!!

I agree. Jung Kyung Ho is such a great actor and I only noticed it this episode. His facial expressions tell it all.

So Songhwa felt the same. She got brokenhearted when they were younger. Can anybody tell me what her expression meant when Ik-jun let go of her hand? Did she seem disappointed? Surprised?

I think it was intentional on the writer's part to not show this in the drama. Unless it was pivotal (like when Songhwa announced to the group that she had her breasts looked at and IkJun showed up to accompany her the day the results will come out), scenes of them looking after each other are not included. Of course, we would love to see their friendship dynamics to go beyond what we've seen so far. However, I also appreciate that the writer chose to be subtle about it. Those "sharing" moments between them will only be highlighted when needed ( like in episode 6 when they reminisced about the mistakes they did when they were interns).

Songwha breaking down was heartbreaking. She is normally composed and poised but this episode was the complete opposite. She was vulnerable, fragile and lost. I am happy to see this side of her and even more happy that Ikjun was there to witness it and be there for her.

When Seokhyung went to grab lunch after Minha's invitation, did it mean he wanted to spend time with her? Is Minha finally breaking down Seokhyung wall of steel?

Yes. This contradicts the first premise about the plant. Why were the bitten got infected when it was only presumably planted on the dead soldier's forehead (and victims thereafter should've only died)?

I am glad that they showed NICU babies in this episode. NICU babies are strong and NICU parents are stronger. This drama is so realistic, I swear!

Despite the heavy drama scenes, there's also many scenes that are heartfelt and feel-good. You finish an episode and feel refreshed or reenergized. That dramatic, sad scenes are so cathartic that you cry and in the end, you feel so much better after letting out all those tears.
