It is looking like JY will get back with Suho because JY-SJ already happened on ep 128. I guess that's how both the author and the director would end this story. Let's hope, everything turns out beautifully :)

Nope. The second chapter just ended. It's now at Ep 128 and it's already gone back to the present (all this time, everything was a flashback up to this point). I think the author plans to end the webtoon before the drama starts airing.

So I am not sure if any of you have been reading the webtoon but I honestly don't like how the story is going. It is going downhill and I was such a fan of the webtoon in the beginning. Good news to all awaiting for the drama though - it might have an ending after all (not open-ended).

I agree. It would have made more sense to me if he sought medical help from a psychologist to deal with his emotional/mental trauma. It is like all the struggles that were forgotten because of his amnesia was not part of who he was/is. The totality of Hyun Soo is him before and after he met Ji Won so that should have remained an integral part of his life until the end.

We are divided with the ending. Some find it ok, some don't. The ending felt rushed or lacking to me but it is still an overall great drama to me.

Unpopular opinion: The ending was a little bit rushed. I already expected that he would suffer some sort of amnesia because of the head injury so I was not disappointed with that anymore. I was hoping there would be scenes about the court trial where the village's secrets were exposed (shaman's rituals and all). It would have been nice if DHS was shown to be vindicated in court. We don't know what happened with the gang leader although I assume he's dead. It would have been better if BHS did not die so he could suffer in jail for all his crimes, as this would be a more satisfying ending for me, at least. DHS should have been seen by a counsellor to convince viewers that he is being treated/healed for his emotional/mental trauma before even getting back together with JiWon. I wish there was a happy ending with Hae Su and Moo Jin with them finally reconciling as a couple after all these years.

It is still a great drama overall and still a 10/10 despite the rushed ending.

I agree on all points except for the last one. The drama made it look like the cops in Korea are lame. BHS was supposedly heavily injured but he managed to get a gun from a cop. This was reminiscent of the hospital scene where YSC escaped. Overall though, still a great drama!

I agree. The dashcam was a major plothole. I am glad that the autopsy revealed more than the time of death itself but the circumstances before her death like the food she ate. That's a CSI moment right there. Lol

I have never watched any of the previews for this drama but I did this time to find out if he died. Then the first scene was Jiwon hugging a man's shirt. Like WTF? Did he die? Then he finally was shown but under trial. He deserves to be truly happy after everything. Hyun Su is so resilient!

I was hoping he'd be alive but with memory loss so he'd forget everything that happened to him. He could just re-learn to love Jiwon and Eunha. Glad he is alive. Hoping for his freedom.

That was indeed the Hello Monster gaze in the last scene! Then he is the exact opposite as Taek. He's really good at acting! His eyes will let you know his emotions. He doesn't even have to speak and you'd know what he is trying to convey. I just love him for his acting skills!

This sounds so interesting now! It's on my watchlist because of Riley. I am excited to watch it now. If this was a bestfriends to lovers trope, I AM ALL IN! Thank you for clearing this up!

Don't mean to offend anyone by my question. So the FL is transgender? I have not watched any BL/GL series and I am not sure if I am ready (don't get me wrong, I have a lot of gay friends). So FL was a boy at first? I just want to know so I know what to expect. Thanks

As of Ep126, it seems like JY and SJ are on the verge of breaking up because of SJ's debut. If they do break-up because of this, I am not sure if I'd be happy if JY gets back together with Suho. The Suho-JY OTP deserves more than that. Maybe the webtoon would like to reflect how idol relationships are in Korea where ordinary people and idols can't be together. I just think it's a lame reason for Suho-JY reconciliation. Anyway, the webtoon started with JY as single so the drama might end up with her not being with anyone.

I honestly am only seeing her for the first time in this drama so I have no basis for comparison. There seems to be a build up with her character and I am sure that there is more to show in the next episodes. I hope there is a backstory to why she became of fan HJ because that will give depth to her character. I also hope there's character development by the time this drama wraps up.
