This pairing and drama didn't deserve such a bad director 😑 so much wasted potential in every scene to create better visual and tension. their outfits (especially Wang Churan's) are gorgeous and yet all we get is close up shots. We didn't even see Linghe's full military look. They used different shots for certain scenes that we saw in trailers and i preferred those tbh
also who told them every scene needs to be so short? I don't like a lot of slow motion either but this is just too fast and doesn't let us connect well with the emotions that actors worked hard to potray. there should be a good balance.
other than the issues i have with camera work and the disappointing AI use i love the story and our 2 main characters. will of course continue watching i just wanted to vent a little
I really wish it would also air on Netflix. that would help a lot with its international exposure. It's probably not since we haven't heard any rumors but still 🤞
How many eps do you think it will end up having? I know it got distribution licence with 33 eps but nothing is confirmed until airing. I hope it won't have so many deleted scenes
I wonder why there's not any melons for him. for some actors I've seen multiple future projects confirmed even when they're busy filming other dramas and won't start filming them until the next year or so. I kinda expected more rumors since poj success but it's been quiet.
