3 years ago I tried watching this when I was still a beginner in Cdramaland but dropped it because the plot is too complicated for me but I picked it up again and today I finally finished watching it. It's an amazing drama that deserved the high ratings. Great acting, great story and pacing, the fighting scenes are phenomenal. Both seasons are now in my top 10 best Chinese drama of all time.
I was so distracted while watching this movie because lots of well known actors keep popping up. I was in awe and keep pausing till the movie finished 😅
I binge watch all 10 episodes today and I'm loving it so far. The chemistry between Hamin and Somang >>>>> I don't know why but while I'm watching the drama, it feels like I'm drinking a hot coffee by the window while raining heavy outside.
Jiyeon and Nayeon are just the same whenever dealing with things related to their exes. They're always confused and they can't make the right judgement. Both are so reckless but so human. I like them both and their interactions with everyone but their exes.
PS. Some of y'all need to chill. Don't treat them as a drama character whom you expect to be perfect with every decisions they make.
I was so happy with the first part of ep 11 where we're getting a back to back alone time of TI-JS and HD-JY but the second part wrecked me. What's messed up is both Haeeun and Jiyeon didn't know their exes didn't enter the ex room when they recieve the date information text. With them thinking their ex entered the room and then meeting up after got their hopes high (not the boys fault), especially Jiyeon. JY expressing what she feels to Taei is not wrong but the way she's doing it is a little rude and Taei remaining calm was so mature of him. The whole ex-room thing is just so cruel. Hope all them finds their happiness inside or outside the show.
Another drama that could have been better but gets dragging at the end. They could have explore more with the story settings and character design they offer but we got meh. Earlier episodes were watchable but the past couple of episodes makes me feel like I'm doing homework while watching it. Love the actors though.
Ngl if this is a drama series, I would have hated Nayeon because the main character halo is so strong with all the boys falling for her BUT this is a reality show. It involves real people and real emotions so who am I to judge her. I hope all viewers will keep in their mind that they are all people that can get hurt for the hateful words they're getting. Keep it cute guys because at the end of the day they don't have the same information that we have while watching same with us, we don't have the full information of what's happening inside the house and the full history of ex-couples.
