it can be translated as "the legend of the moon scale" or "moon scale chronicles"

i've seen some say the 绮+纪 is supposed to mean smth like a ~colourful story~ ('colourful' as in interesting) since it involves 4 leads

that translation isn't very accurate; they aren't siblings. and there aren't any cps officially confirmed yet!
