I'm honestly not even here for the chemistry or romance , I absolutely love the emotional depth and complexity this show has. The last time i've felt this way was with the movie better days , so glad i found something with the same feel. Definitely gonna rewatch this!!

I agree with this , did not really like the jelousy scenes. To me it felt out of place after the kiss scene which MJ initiated to MJ trying to make CY jealous , honestly not great writing on this part. I truely feel like the character is not really shown in a proper manner , wish they could better convey her character but honestly MJ has gotten better in ep 25 according to me

Lmao true , i think there are a ton of young people on here who don't understand that a plot like this with leads having so much trauma can't just start living normally , its literally worse in the novel which I find more realistic tbh. I get that the drama is still airing , its been slow but some people have no patience lol. Glad to know people are not this impatient on other platforms
I was pushing back watching the past few episode , yes the plot is kinda slow but i don't mind it at all. People are being too critical about the show , but i think the plot is still building. This is not just a romance drama , it makes perfect sense to me why everything is going this way. Miao jing leaving the house makes sense to me honestly even after warning CY she just can't sit around she warned him before she left to try her if he leaves. This comment section honestly proves to me that people are very less accepting these days. It's after all just a show there's no need for everyone to be too critical if the show is to your liking continue or just drop it. Its not that serious.
