Thank you for this, it seems like we've had very similar thoughts (at the same time 😅). Some comments here…
That's actually a really good take on these comments. I hadn't thought of that.

That makes so much sense to me. I don't understand why some don't see it.

I also hope they deal with Korn in the next ep. It's sad that we will only see them as a couple in the last episode.

Yes! Lal never actually got the chance to talk to anyone about how pressuring it is to provide for her mother, her youger sibling AND her team. Wine helped her realize that it was ok to feel tired or complain when work is hard on her.

Many say that Wine is selfish when in reality she cares a lot about the ppl she loves.

And something that a lot are forgetting is that this is her first relationship (even if they never actually started dating). Of course she's going to make mistakes. Let's see where the next 2eps are going to take us. I'm kinda scared they go overboard

Thank you! I totally agree with what you said in your comment (it's funny to see that we thought of the same things at the same time).

And yes, some of them are really insensitive and do not recognise how much she has evolved throughout the series (even Proud and TK have noticed that she seems brighter and more confident).
The fact that she actually opened up about her trauma to Proud shows that. She could have gone back to her old style and built up her walls again, but she didn't. I really enjoyed their talk in the office after the meeting, where she is trying to comfort Lal

Some recoveries take time to happen, everyone has their own ways of dealing with them.

Title Enemies with Benefits Spoiler
I see many people saying that wine gives in to Korn too much. But I feel like her trauma is bigger than we imagine. (Yes, we saw what happened to her and how it has affected her ever since. But I think that she is still emotionally affected by it)
Some people are even saying that she isn't reacting when Korn touches her. But can we take a minute to imagine how she feels.

Ever since she got assaulted by him, every single person she talked to told her not to make a fuss about it. That she needed to change herself, and that if she doesn't, more people are going to get hurt (even her mother told her that)
When she actually tried to talk about it (in episode 7), no one helped her. And I know that now she has Lal to help her, but we all know that it's extremely hard to prove that you have been assaulted if you don't have any proof.

She knows that Lal is here, but she loves her and is scared of being the reason why something could happen to her, so she chose to leave. And, she knows perfectly how hard Lal worked to get where she is, and how much she cares about her team.

We need to understand that when the news of them being together gets out, Wine is not the only one who will be affected by it. (She said she was ready to quit, and I still think she is, but she sees the breakup as the only solution. )
