Could someone please tell me which pair is real FC&GZ or ZX&ZZ I also read the novel but im still confused as when I read till the main chapters the ending got me like oh so doctor and patient are the real person and other are the characters of novel but when I read the the extra chapter I became literally confused like if they both are real and planning to meet each other.
